I’ve trained at many gyms, and Orangetheory Fitness is the best! The owner is a genuine down to earth guy that truly cares about his members, and take great pride in the facility!!

Encouraging coaches and staff challenge you to reach levels that you didn't know you had in you. You work at your level. No pretenses. Those working out with you are supportive. Look forward to attending classes - it's a great way to start the day.

I am so frustrated with this location. My wife joined for a few months then realized it was not for her. We cancelled in mid Feb and they said there is a 30 day cancel policy. OK- I get that. So I have an e mail from their site manager saying last bill will be 2/28/22. Well on March 28 I was billed again. I reached out to them and they said they'd look into it. Never heard back. I disputed with my credit card company and they are contacting OTF. On 4/28 I was billed again. Apparently they have not cancelled my membership despite assurances (via e mail) from Toni the site manager in February it would be cancelled. Still no responses from OTF on these. I disputed both and my credit card company is refunding me but OTF is silent on this. Also- My wife bought a fitness tracker from them to use in studio and they could not get it to connect in the studio. So they gave her a new one which did connect but charged her a 2nd time for the 2nd tracker. I asked for a refund on the first one and received a lot of excuses about corp not handling it properly and someone would get back to me and it shouldn't have happened, etc. This may be a great fitness place but their business practices are terrible. It is simple incompetence. Beware of your financial transactions with this location..

We love OTF (Orangetheory Fitness) and how it’s structured for providing a program that has variety and leads to increased endurance and tone. This program isn’t going to make you buff, but it will improve you cardiovascular health and overall physical endurance. If you focus on staying in your target “green” zone you’ll find you can easily shed weight and tone up. We use OTF as as a supplement to our regular gym routine (3-4 times a week). This program is slightly expensive but the best option is the 8 classes per month, if you want to maximize your value.
