What's the price!? Are you a gym, can I do my own thing there, do I have to sign up for classes, why are classes the only thing talked about? Why is your website so vague as to make me contact you and give you my email and phone number? I do not want your sales people contacting me, I do not want to unsubscribe, I do not want my information sold online, I just want to know the pricing. I assume pricing is terrible since it's published no where at all. Maybe it's even "flexible" pricing to abuse people for every penny you can get? Is that why?

Due to accident I was not able to continue to attend classes and reached out to cancel my membership. But I was told to wait for Studio Manager call and finally ended up paying 2 months without even consideration for customer situation. Very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to OrangeTheory and especially this particular location.

The FIRST time I called I spoke to Fran, he was rude and rushed and told me he would call me back... he never did. After 3 days of phone tag trying to reach someone I finally found someone to help me. After being helped I understood why Fran was rushed because it’s an in depth process so I decided to let that first impression go and start fresh...... myself and my sister made an appointment to try things out on Saturday. We were told to be there 10 min early, we got there 15 min early. The front desk staff was amazing, we were greeted and things were being explained.... so far so good. Then along comes FRAN, doesn’t introduce himself just immediately goes at the front desk girl letting her know he doesn’t have time for us because he’s got to start his class and rudely states... this is why we ask for them to arrive 10 min early. We let him know that we arrived 15 min early, he ignored us both and told the front desk lady why he wouldn’t have time for us, she offered to help show us the equipment and he declined, we let him know we watched the video before coming, still completely ignored us and stormed off. Here’s the thing, I know we are only 2 people in I’m sure thousands of clients, but Fran saw us standing there way before he came up, not once did he acknowledge us, he never introduced himself, and refused to speak directly to us. We were not allowed to participate in his class and left feeling blown off and extremely disappointed. I should have gone with my first impression!

Great workout for all stages! Prior to joining I was only doing cardio. I was no where near advanced and never touched weights. OT is designed to work for all stages from beginners to advanced athletes. That’s what was so appealing abt it. I’ve gone to 4 classes now and I have been challenged but never felt like it was anything I couldn’t handle. Give one class a shot, you won’t regret it! Im feeling motivated and already down a couple lbs.

Started Orange Theory a few weeks back and love it! We even had a few problems with billing but the staff was helpful and fixed it immediately! We love booking classes with Dustin - has the best music and he interacts with you during workouts. Highly recommend!

It was challenging. I really enjoyed the fact that I could peek in at my performance to help me know when I could push myself more or take it down a notch. I think that factor and the group aspect really helped push myself without going overboard. Courtney was an amazing coach. Never once did I feel judged or feel like she was overbearing. She offered me advice when my form wasn't quite on point, and so much more. Not part of the workout, but Karim at the front desk really sold me on this thing. Very friendly, very helpful. Didn't feel like a sales pitch. Made me feel like family. You guys are amazing. :)

I’ve been coming to this location for years (by far the longest I’ve ever held a gym membership) and I haven’t met a single coach that I didn’t love! Workouts are fun and motivating. When I was recovering from an injury, they had safe and effective options for me. Same thing when I was pregnant and was not cleared for any high impact exercise- they always had options and made me feel comfortable coming in. Thank you OTF castle Hills for everything!!
