Not a bad studio. Just don’t give them your number otherwise they will never stop bugging you after you leave. I’ve told this studio 4 times that I moved out of state but I keep getting contacted.

Not impressed with this fitness chain. Very small and overcrowded with sweaty people packed in a limited space pretending to work out while crawling over each other. Basic exercises you can find anywhere with boring approach and execution. You will get bored fast and stop going.

More expensive than other gyms, but well worth it. Holds you accountable for your own health. The approach is scientific and proven to work. Results are accurate and your stats are shown to you live as you work out.
