Gym is always clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They are constantly walking throughout the gym restocking cleaning supplies and/or wiping down machines. I’ve been very impressed so far. I also have another membership to a “boutique studio” but wanted something where I could work out independently. PF has been such a good value for the money, especially.

Nice gym overall. Has a couple of issues though, if equipment breaks it is down for a month or more. The water fountain has been down for two months, bottled water is available but would rather not use bottles when not needed.

Decent place for the price. Very happy with the gym. Great customer service no complaints. The timeings are also good, just with they open Sunday night a little later than 7pm

The staff at the Planet Fitness Highland Village, TX are extremely friendly and helpful. I never feel pressured, rushed, or judged. I never have someone standing over me waiting for the machine I am on or telling me how they think I should using it. I really like the new app that lets me see how busy the gym is at different times of the day. I may also scan the QR code on the machine I am using and it will show me how to use it. I have been a member of various gyms over my lifetime and one of the reasons I have stuck with Planet Fitness is because I do not feel intimidated when I am working out. There are always a variety of other people there working out. You have some younger, older, more slender. more overweight, than myself and I know we are all doing what we can to be more healthy or achieve our own fitness goals.
