Been to all the local gyms. This one is a great mix of people. Weight lifters and weight lose both. Very clean great staff.

The play really bad music really loudly so you gotta play your headphone music loud to compensate and that hurts my ears after awhile.Otherwise it's good. They're moving to the pike so I cancelled.

Very old equipment. The basement smells like sewer. Never seen any cleaning being done around here. The showers are musty. The reception is lazy. Parking is overpriced.

Came here for a little over a year. Quality took a massive dip after the initial Covid lockdowns and just never bounced back. Machines not maintained or repaired, dumbbells are all beat to hell, not enough barbells for every squat rack/bench press. Gets ridiculously crowded, beyond reason. It's cheap, so if money is your main concern, it will do just fine compared to other gyms that cost nearly double. But if you can allocate some extra funds into your fitness budget, go somewhere else.

Machines stay broken for MONTHS. Never enough barbells and other equipmentUpdate: looking at three benches right now without barbells and a lot of people standing around waiting. And people aren’t using the barbells elsewhere. Please buy more!

I’ve been at this gym since 2005. It’s sad to see it in the shape that it’s in now. Weights are falling apart - missing dumbbells- shredded rubber - you have to go look for a barbell not every station has one. This place is so mismanaged I can’t even believe Golds would have their name on this gym anymore. It’s super cheap but you get what you pay for: Broken down rusty equipment- no dumbbells because they are broken or missing. Sad to say I’m going to look for another gym. This one is totally trashed.

Weights old and rusty. Equipment often broken and waiting for repair. Steam room basically closed permanently. Two of the men's room sinks broken for months. Water in showers never gets more than tepid. Before COVID the gym was okay, but they don't seem to have weathered the pandemic very well.

Rita and Noemi the two trainers I met made me feel at home. I started this gym a week ago so far good. And peeps are nice too. One of the peeps brought me a mat when I was prepping for Body pump class.love the classes.
