Truly pains me to write this bad review because I've been a happy customer of this gym for over 8 YEARS. Never had a problem with the gym itself and after reading all of the HORROR STORIES about canceling the membership I thought that as a valued customer for so long I would have a pleasant experience. I WAS VERY WRONG. The minute I tried to cancel because I was moving away it's like I immediately became an ENEMY that they would fight to try and get the last cent out. I cancelled months ago and had to contest countless credit card charges and block them from making random charges whenever they please. Got one new charge TOFAY OUT OF THE BLUE after months of not seeing anything. THIS IS A TRUE NIGHTMARE.Also, that email they respond the reviews with appearing like they want to help is a joke. Used it repeatedly to get in touch and was a nightmare being rerouted from person to person. The managers at the actual gym couldn't care less and anytime I was telling them I had this issue they brushed me off telling me to call billing. Of course when I call billing they say to call the manager of the gym. It's like they have this very planned scam in place making people waste a ton of time hoping they get tired and get a few charges thru. After OVER 8 YEARS of bringing my business to this company it is a SHAME THEY WOULD TREAT A VALUED CUSTOMER LIKE THAT.And to that person that will reply to this review with a standard "we are so sorry bla bla bla... contact us at this email bla bla bla..." NO people have better things to do than waste their time contacting you guys because you are making unauthorized credit card charges! You can deal with the credit card company tarting it as fraud, because that's what it is. Thanks!

This gym is fine, I like the equipment, but what is wrong with the AC and fans not being on during the hottest time of the day. Makes my workouts so uncomfortable. Might start looking for a new gym just for that reason.

i had to move here because my favorite gym closed last week. this gym is very expensive, small and the lights are always dim (it's hard to make a physical connection with other members). However, the showers are super clean, they provide towels and have water filling stations.

Worst gym ever! I have special needs forms that needed to be approved and it took them over a month to get back to me after me calling and emailing everyday! Then they deny my request for my special medical conditions! They made me pay a huge fee to get in and not they won’t let me in and I can’t get my money back!EDIT TO MANAGER REPLY: Are you kidding me?!?! You are gonna say I "threatened you team, when I was reasonably upset that I didn't get a response for OVER A MONTH!?!?!!?!?? WHAT THE HECK?! It is a no wonder there are soooo MANY OTHER BAD reviews on your Google page, how embarrassing. The other gyms locally around here worked with my exemption forms with no issue and it was a breeze, I have already been able to switch to other gyms near by. THIS IS CRAZY!

Epic gym chain, the West Hollywood is probably one of the best in the country.Huge amounts of parking, equipment (2 floors) and more classes that you could ask for!The team on site here are amazing, SOOOO lovely! They always go out of their way to help, I’m a travelling member (my own club is in Florida) and i use this club a week a month most months and the team always so out of their way to make me feel like I’m home.Deffo recommended!!!

It’s a very nice gym. Very clean. Nice equipment. Friendly staff. The only thing you have to get used to here is the lewd and lascivious behavior in the men’s sauna! It’s constant and you have to really be careful about who you bring as a guest. Especially if it’s an underage minor!!

Check every single charge, this gym has some dishonest employees who will double charge or create made-up charges. It’s easier to go anywhere else - I have been a member for many years and now have to go to small claims court because of a made-up gym membership. If you are a member here watch out the same doesn’t happen to you.

AC hasn’t been working for I don’t know how long. Working out there now that summer is here has become really unpleasant. Come on guys how long can it take to fix something that is so important for a gym to work properly?

Thanks for enforcing that members wear a mask. All of the complaints on here, outraged over a minor inconvenience designed to keep people safe and out of the hospital is absurd. Just want to counter balance some of that nonsense. I feel safe coming here because you're taking safety precautions seriously. Thank you. Great facilities, very lgbtqia+ friendly, clean and clean.

I went here for a trial yesterday ! Casey was great and gave me a free pass despite being on holiday ! Clean gym lots of up to date equipment. Did a pound class! Dance and drumming ! Super cool !
