What happened to this gym? They lowered the price and now it’s overcrowded with random people who obviously never workout. Gross

I have been a member for about 4 years and I love it. The only gym I have found (and I have explored a lot) outside of the $250+ that has incredible classes and a regular gym with equipment. Yoga room, fitness room and spin room, which is perfect because I love to take classes and get my weight training in 2-3 days. Colin K is one of the best instructors I have ever had and I have been following him since the first spin class I took!!! His classes are challenging and his motivation in class is truly inspiring. I stay majority because of him. I also want to shout out Andrew and Demetrius for their great classes and always pushing me. These instructors are really special and make my Crunch experience what it is. Parking is easy, towel service, steam room/sauna/showers, everyone is nice and it is always clean.Only down side is I wish the weight room was bigger and they can add more machines so there is 0 waiting. This can be an issue if its rush hour... leg machines are not available quite often. I hope one day they move into a bigger space and open one on the West Side too so I can go when I am traveling to that side of town. I want a Crunch everywhere. :)

Pretty chill and clean gym! Most of the staff and other members are friendly and unobtrusive. However, they charge a lot of hidden fees and also do not inform you when they are about to be charged. Management (aside from Kacey) is very condescending and unhelpful when discussing these secret fees.

AMAZING GYM!!! I visit LA often and have been to many gyms in the area. Crunch is by far the cleanest, and has the best equipment! The manager Herman is so helpful , professional and friendly ! I can’t speak higher of the staff and location !!

worst gym ever. i dont know how they let scammers work here but they do. i paid for personal training sessions and i was placed with chris lang even though i specifically asked for a female trainer. i didnt get any results with him, but the fact that this gym hired someone so shady says a lot about this gym. he was selling services and when i paid for his retreat he kept talking about - randomly quits this gym and ghosts me. thats right i paid him money for a service and didnt even refund it. not only that but i told crunch about this and they did nothing. saying they dont have his file when i know they do. this is the worst gym ever. this gym should refund me for all the money lost.

Brianna makes all difference, she is beyond welcoming and professional, always great to see someone who cares and has such a positive attitude.

There always seems to be something major that is wrong with this gym. If it’s not the AC being broken during heat waves, it’s the entire power being out on a regular basis. Cant wait for JohnReed to open up. This place will be hemorrhaging customers.

Recently moved to the area and had been enjoying this location for a few months until the AC died right as the hot months started. Been about 5 MONTHS now with no AC. I also read reviews about this happening last summer too. Seems like it annually stops working each summer, which is unfortunate.

Went in to inquire about a day pass for a visiting family member and had the best experience. Professional, helpful and finally a person who is happy while working. I’ll go back just for the staff!
