Crunch is the best! I recently had an odd issue with my membership at Crunch West Hollywood. Upon contacting customer service they were able to resolve my issue quickly and entirely. I have nothing but great things to say about Crunch!

I had a great experience at the Crunch Weho lots of equipment for every targeted body part. I can see they are doing some renovations and I’m sure it will be even better when I return to the Weho location. The staff is super friendly. Towels were readily available no having to wait too long for anything. Overall solid gym.

Big parking structure makes this place easy to get to. They provide clean towels in the front and offer a lot of weights and machines so you never really have to wait to use anything. There are 2 floors. Bottom floor had treadmills, a yoga studio, a clean bathroom and sauna. upstairs has a few different sections filled with .machines a free weights.

Great location, but poorly managed. Not a clean gym. Health and safety are not a priority.More emphasis is placed on sales. Machines are outdated, but it's not the biggest issue. How disgusting the gym is is the major concern.Machines, bathrooms, studios, and equipment are filthy everyday. Machines are always covered with dried sticky film first thing in the morning (5am).There are no cleaning members cleaning or touching up throughout the day. Studio floors are often dirty.Front desk and management are pleasant and their working quarters are clean, but the gym is beyond disgusting.I'd highly recommend getting a membership elsewhere. It's not worth it.

If you’re considering to signup in in this gym I highly recommend to think again. It’s been more than 3 months (basically since the heat started) that the ACs are not working and they are using few fans to in the gym. There is no air circulation and it’s smelly and stuffy. It smells like sweat and damp everywhere .And then the water fountains. The water fountains are on and off and when they work the water it almost hot. No matter how much literally every member complained nothing has changed. They try to tempt you to sign up so you can use the classes but it’s so hot in the classes that you won’t be able to breath.

Not a bad gym overall, but people here sit on machines on their phones - all the time. I've asked management to help with this, but they did not. Staff not all that friendly or helpful. Over-crowded at peak times and you can't get on a machine or space. Again, phones. Locker areas are super tight and claustrophobic. For the gym price, you get what you paid.

This gym has good equipment but the issue is workers are always late in the mornings. Atleast once a week a worker is late and causes the gym to open way past its scheduled time. For the amount one pays it makes you question if its worth it. My opinion its not only reason I come here is my job is right down the street but ill be canceling my membership here and rather go down few more miles where the management is more on top of it

You don't realize how important a clean gym is until you've been to a gym during a pandemic. I was at LA Fitness before and never again! I cancelled after my first visit to Crunch Fitness! The gym is always very clean, they have great equipment and free weights, the people are friendly, lot of sanitizing wipes stations, and everyone seems very respectful about wearing a mask!

They NEVER turn on the AC and claim for months now that it’s been broken. It’s like a sauna uo here during rush hour and they have the nerve to tell us to wear masks when we can even breathe and getting a heat stroke. I’m gonna cancel my membership soon. I would’ve earlier if it wasn’t for al the cute boys here. Definitely do not recommend this gym.
