I really like to workout here but right now I feel so unsafe even so I wear my mask I keep my distance which is hard because is so crowded special upstairs, besides they don’t have many housekeeping employees, specially male housekeeping, and this GYM is 95 % men’s so my friend told me that there is no way to see a male housekeeping mostly at night time and mornings is rare to see someone cleaning men’s lockers ,special the sauna seem unbelievable dirty and smell so bad . They really need to step up and have more cleaning people . Seems to me like there is no one in charge here anymore .

I just moved to LA, and I was looking for a place to workout that was reasonably priced and in a prime location. This gym checks all the right boxes! Great ambience, clean space, functional layout, towel service, and an amazing staff. Rob and Mike helped me sign up, and they were so incredibly helpful and kind. My only complaint would be that the lockers in the locker room require you to bring your own lock. There is plenty of new technology nowadays where you can enter in a 4 digit combo to lock your belongings, but hopefully that will be updated in the near future. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place. If you’re looking for a quality gym in WeHo, this place is it!

The gym is spacious and has a good selection of equipment. It can get very crowded and there are many members with less than stellar etiquette. That being said, I can always get on the equipment I need, sometimes with a bit of a wait. It could use some more frequent cleanings and an update to the locker room.

I have been a member of Crunch Sunset since it opened around 1991. My gym is a important place to me. Finally, we now have the best manager ever (Michael Morawski) running this gym. Michael has brought about so many improvements & upgrades that were sooo needed at this gym. He has a genuinely terrific personality with warmth, friendliness & professionalism all the way dealing with people & problems that come along with his position at this high demand “flagship branch”. He is truly passionate about his job & it shows every time you approach him & the same attitude reflects in the new staff he has hired making it a great experience. Thanks & keep up the good work Michael.

This gym is fine; the location is wonderful, parking is fairly easy, and the equipment is mostly kept up. I left because the management has demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service over the years, and I'd had enough.Crunch is known for its classes, of which there are MANY that can be challenging and fun. The weights areas are decent, though maybe a little short on space. Personal trainers don't seem to last very long at this gym, for various reasons.

The Gym is like a giant steam room that you can smell everybody's sweat.I've been a member for 6 years and every summer the AC unit doesn't work, they keep saying we are waiting for parts and those parts will never arrive until the weather cool down and gets postponed till next year. The health department should shut down this gym. For the price that they charge this gym should be clean at all times but it's not clean at all. I'm moving to another gym.

Do not trust these people with your credit card details! Casey seemed very polite and helpful when signing my partner and I up for a 1 month trial. Months after the trial ended, Crunch began charging seemingly random amounts to my credit card on seemingly random dates. These charges totalled $460 over 2 months. I have been attempting to get these charges refunded for 3 months. Casey continually assures me that the refund will be processed but nothing happens. I've made complaints to the regional manager and have been ignored. The gym is of acceptable quality but the dishonest behaviour of the staff is an absolute disgrace. Avoid this gym at all costs.

I've only been because of Class Pass. So far, everything I've seen in the gym, is great. The front desk staff helped me find my classes and didn't try to sell me anything. The facilities are well kept and the classes are fun. They have a lot of variety for classes - I tried Diesel, Tread & Shed, and Battle Wave Ropes (or something). The names of the classes I think are hilarious but all were a good workout that challenged me in different ways.

I live inbetween NYC, Vancouver and LA, so Crunch/Steve Nash lets me transfer my pass and I'm able to use my membership anytime. The facilities here specifically are really well kept and the front desk staff is always very helpful. My only complaint is that they don't have those automated locker codes, so you have to bring your own lock every time you want to protect your valuables. Almost impossible to get a machine during high times, but I supposed what else can you expect *shrug*.

The staff of this gym have always been great, and have always been professional and kind. What needs some manner of attention is the facility. It has been a long time that this gym has had issues with water, or really the lack of, since their has been flooding and closer. The lockers and showers went through a very long and exhausting renovation, only to realize there was a "leak", the bathrooms were ripped out and redone. Now,,we are faced with the mystery of this gym having no water, and the lack of courtesy to its members. I come from far away to go to the gym, shower and head to work, to come to the gym and find out that the gym has "no water" is unacceptable. This is not the first time for it is an consistent issue with this gym. The owner and management need to be considerate and realistic to all its members, not only those that can come in the middle of the day to "use the showers at Burk Williams." This issue is long overdue and needs to be fixed.I do have to say that the staff at the front handle themselves very well and professionally although they are not given much information to give to their customers. It is time to fix the pipes. You have come to the consistency that having no water and lack of consideration for your members is the norm.
