I have had the pleasure of visiting Emily Dahl at Proformance on two separate occasions within the last year to address persistent calf issues that were impeding my running routine. Both times, Emily displayed a phenomenal understanding of my problem and utilized her unparalleled skill as a massage therapist to provide me with treatments that had an immediate and long-lasting impact. I saw a significant improvement in my calf's condition after each session and, thanks to her, I am back to my running routine with renewed vigor.Moreover, Emily's bedside manner is truly exceptional. She is attentive, caring, and communicates effectively. She patiently listens to your issues, explains the procedure in understandable terms, and addresses any concerns with empathy and knowledge. The level of comfort I felt during my visits was remarkable, making the entire experience very relaxing and therapeutic. I thoroughly enjoyed my personal training sessions at ProFormance. I’am hoping to start back soon. My trainer, Andrew Robey, was professional, upbeat, positive and energetic every single morning I trained with him. The positivity I encountered from him and everyone else keeps you encouraged to keep persisting through the pain of the workouts. I cannot recommend this facility enough

Emily, the massage therapist is the best! She listened to me about where I've been experiencing pain and gave those areas the best attention! I came in feeling stressed and super tight. I left feeling brand new and relaxed. I highly recommend you book your next massage with Emily at Proformance!

I’ve just recently gotten started at Proformance with Jack, but this is the first time I’ve ever made it at a gym longer than a couple of weeks in the last few years. I love being able to show up, get a great workout in, and not have to put any effort into planning the session. Scheduling is super flexible, my trainer is great, and I look forward to my continued progress!

I thoroughly enjoy my workouts with Andrew! He is a truly outstanding trainer who challenges me, designs a variety of fast-paced, individualized, and interesting workouts, and is encouraging and attentive. I am gaining strength without injuring myself as I did at my previous gym. In addition, Andrew is an incredibly kind, likable, and humble person. All of the trainers at ProFormance are welcoming and friendly, and I look forward to every visit.

I’ve been training at Proformance, and I really love training there. When I go I feel motivated and determined to push myself. I’ve been training with Coach Andrew, and I really enjoy training with him because he really pushes me to work hard and is fun to train with. As an athlete, he’s taught me many things in and out of the gym to better my ability and performance on the track. Overall a great environment to train in, especially for athletes competing in sports looking to better their abilities.

There are so many great things to say about this gym and the people working here. I love coming here which is abnormal for me. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan is awesome, he explains everything to you and why it's beneficial. Complete tailoring to your individual needs. I have never get the scaries coming in and feeling intimidated. If you want to get in shape and not dread going to a gym, this is the place for you. Best investment in myself and my heath that I could have made!

My wife and I workout here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our trainer Alan is always prepared and very thorough during our workouts. The facilities are well maintained.
