Best gym in town. High traffic at times leads to it getting a little messy because customers just don't pick up after themselves anymore.

I first tried this place out 6am May 7th. Had everything I need + more.The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about membership. He was very upfront about busy times which I already knew about. Thank You

I hate this place. It draws in the most awful toxic kinds of people and the gym promotes this because of course, greed.Update: You can tell my the owner's sarcastic response to this feedback that what I said is absolutely true. Nothing but toxic awful people.

I took a tour. I am glad I did. I was greeted by member of staff. She has a unique name that matched her first rate tour. She was well informed and very professional. This organization is lucky to have her. I see 100s of folks in hospitality and tourism though work internationally and she stands out.The facility was extremely well maintained and clean. Lots of sanitation based products on site. It was not overly crowded, which was an important consideration for me.

Worst experience! No one cares!! I was supposed to be on hold for 3 months but I was billed after a month. When I call them, they say we’ll take care but same thing. No one responds to emails. Worst service.

It's got a ton of equipment, but people will sit on the machines playing their phones for 10 min. They have a hot yoga room which the floor is peeling up. People will go in there to sit and talk while others are trying to do yoga or they turn the lights completely out so your in the dark. Others will go in to take selfies and admire themselves in the low dim lighting. The yoga mats are falling apart and half the people who use them don't clean them afterwards. There is no respect for others around you and no rules to enforce.They said they have infrared saunas, but it's just a regular sauna.Great if you just want cardio equipment, tanning and hydro beds.

Classes are fabulous, front desk employees friendly but there is too much currently broken. Some machines, last night the hydromassage beds, the built in soap dispensers in the men's bathroom along with 1 hand dryer and occasionally towel dispensers not working. Plus, when it is emailed and/or texted out about a special event to be held there, they don't usually take place at Middletown (for instance SuperBowl party, 3/27 and more). Giving 4* because of the fabulous instructors-not the facility, unfortunately.

The gym started off good and then really got dirty but it has since rebounded and the staff has done a fantastic job keeping it a lot cleaner! Keep up the good work!

Never really had a problem with the gym, usually I make friends with the workers and everything but I went in tonight, worked out as usual and as I’m leaving I wanted to get a body scan. She has the audacity to tell me I have to pay more for a body scan, keep in mind I’m paying $29.99 a month for the membership (body scan supposed to be included). After that I just stared at her and laughed then walked out. Crunch I hope you do better at hiring your employees next time.
