I joined Crunch in January like everyone else who made a New Year's resolution. I have been going strong ever since. I would not be where I am without my trainer Summer Hendricks. She is outstanding đź‘Ź! She helps me not only with my exercise goals, but she supports all aspects of my fitness, both mental and physical. If you're considering a trainer, you will not regret working with her!

I have spent the past 4 months calling over 15 times in an effort to get my membership transferred. I've been told, "we'll take down your number and someone will get back to you" -- never happens. I had a female manager say she would "expedite the process" nearly a month ago-- nothing has happened. The location I'm trying to switch to has also reached out and spoken to staff and their words were "Middletown simply does not want to do the transfer." I have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, and I am SICK of it. My new location can't make any changes to my account until a transfer is completed. If I cancel my membership and start a new one, they'll try to stick me with hundreds of dollars in fees. The whole thing feels like a scam to to take people's money and trap them into their gym. The fact that I have to drive over 5 hours to get this solved is ridiculous and quite frankly not ok. They should be ashamed.

Absolutely loved this gym. Wish they would open a location closer to Baxter Avenue (Bardstown road)

Great atmosphere & good equipment. Only downside is the place is way overcrowded & a lot of high school members who sit around on their phones. Do not come at peak times.

So glad that Crunch opened a gym so close to my home and being open 24 hours is also a plus. The gym can be overwhelming to the average person. Luckily I met Camari, who is an excellent personal trainer. Please ask for him if you are interested in working out with a knowledgeable trainer and good person to talk to. I also have to shout out Glenda. Glenda teaches Zumba. Don’t miss her class. She is amazing! 5 stars to both of these individuals!!

This is the worst gym. It is crowded and when you try to cancel your membership, they con you into freezing it. Once you freeze it and then decide to cancel again, they charge you another month when they had given you a date to cancel by and not be charge again. That is a lie!! You can’t get to the free weights because everyone stands around chatting and taking selfies. I have been to many gyms around town and this gym is ran horribly. They are just out to nickel and dime you. If I could give 0 stars, then I would!!

They offer you a personalized consultation and get you to sign up for personal training and fail to tell you it’s a 90 day commitment. They charged me 240$ and refuse to refund it. It’s impossible to get a hold of a manager. They never call back. Terrible customer service.

I am cancelling my membership and looking for a new gym. The facility itself is nice and has a lot of options, but this gym is constantly extremely busy. For reference, I go to the gym in the evenings and focus on weightlifting about 5x a week with some cardio mixed in. I've never gone at the 5/6 p.m. rush, I always wait till later, and yet I still have to wait multiple times for the equipment I need or I have to figure out new exercises altogether. The times I don't necessarily have to look for new equipment, everyone is falling over each other because it's so crowded. Very frustrating and I'm just gonna pay out the year-long membership I stupidly bought instead of staying here. Perhaps it would be different if you're really coming for the group fitness classes or if you go first thing in the morning (like 6 a.m.).

At first when they first opened it, I was excited because they offered a 3D scan and child care but come to find out you gotta pay $10 for the body scan and there’s no child care. They lied about the gym being the biggest in the city. It’s so small and all the equipments are too close to each other, the place was cleaned at first but now it’s like a bunch of teenagers just come to work out keep the place dirty and their machines are always broken for some reason, I would never recommend this gym. I’ll take esporta and planet fitness anytime. Management on this location needs to do better and stop scamming their members. The sauna floor and the bathroom floors look like they haven’t been cleaned since the first few weeks they opened, if you want to workout in peace you’ll need to go there between midnight to 4am other than that is over crowded. I’m highly disappointed I’ll get a lawyer soon because trying to cancel the membership requires you to still pay the annual fees with is a scam I could never. Run away from this place if you can

Crunch is my new spot to get my workout in, I like the fact that they have a wide assortment of classes and all the gym equipment you could ever need. I also like the various times for the classes which help me to schedule my workouts around my work schedule. Hopefully things will keep going smoothly, and I in return will keep coming back for my workouts!!!!’
