Shane the manager has an attitude problem. I have cancelled my membership two months ago. Still got charged. When I called as I should be frustrated for continuously being charged he was upset. For what exactly? You had me come up there and sign my name in a book to be canceled only to continue to be charged. I asked for an email confirmation and he pretty much had his day ruined. Someone who’s in charge and supposed to be on top of things of such matter should not have an attitude when they fail to do their job correctly. Nor should they be in charge of others in customer service. The least he could’ve did was apologize as it was his fault since cancellations go through him along with refunds I was told and sent the email with no hesitation gladly. I will not be returning to this location ever again if I ever choose to go to crunch fitness after this loose mistake.

Music is very loud. They need to understand not everyone like what they play. also class trainer voice is very annoying when he use mic.... People go there for exercise not for a party.

Bad, very bad customer services and liar people can be found here. If you are latin and a woman, be careful to put your money here. There is a young man at the front desk who seems he is trying to learn Spanish and is disrespectful with the ladies that speak Spanish. He doesn't know how to speak Spanish, but he doesn't want to speak in English, neither when the 2 Latin girls were trying to cancel the membership in this gym. This is a insane way to try to keep your members active when they don't want to continue active. I'll find your name, I will do a second review, and your name will appear here. You must respect Latin people and respect women too because we are important to grow up this business too.

I travel for work, so I’ve been to over 30 Crunch gyms. The outer loop location is by far the worst… it’s dirty, dumbbells are all over the place, no free space. Owners should be embarrassed.
