I've been visiting the Outer Loop location and will say it is a super nice gym! I will say the first couple of times I agree the floors needed cleaning BUT yesterday it was notice that they had made progress. Very spacious and lot of free weights, lots of machines, and many cardio machines upstairs separate from the weight gym! I never feel judged and really love the environment. New manager in place and I really believe he will make the difference!

If you decide to cancel your membership just remember the annual fee of $52 will still come out. Planet fitness doesn’t do that to their customers as long as you give allotted time before hand. Crunch fitness is a good gym but a little strick with the rules.

Signed up for the grand opening day of this new location and was absolutely *inundated* with texts, emails, and even phone calls! I work nights so this is not appreciated. These many, many communications told me about membership for 9.99/month--they don't tell you in these communications that there are membership tiers and the base membership only gets you the basics. To top it all off, it's not 24 hours?! No thanks!

The facility has great equipment and everything needed for a good workout.the staff are always friendly.The continuous problem is the lack of cleaning and organization is a huge issue. The gym and bathroom floors don’t ever seem to be clean. The weights aren’t ever in the right place and usually end up on the floor. I’m hoping that management can get a handle on these issues

So me and my wife canceled our memberships before the next month but they still charged and a manager is never there to answer for why we are still getting charged 10/10 won’t go back

I frequent other Crunch locations but this one I will not be coming back to simply because there are no fans in the workout rooms and that is a sign of cheap and poor ownership.

Idk how or why. But I posted a review yesterday and it’s not there anymore.It’s a nice-ish gym, HOWEVER, I walked in there yesterday wanting to try it out since I go to the Planet Fitness off Hurstbourne and heard there was also one coming to the Fern Creek area soon and they literally just look at you awkwardly and talk. No one at the front desk will say anything to you unless you start talking and even then it’s weird. Usually when I go to my actual home gym, they greet you but here at the Crunch Fitness Outer Loop they just stare. Super weird.Another complaint is not having fans. It gets hot in there when you’re working out.

Great gym, missing a couple machines I’d like, but they have alternatives that work.Reason for the 3* is that when I go at night/early morning (less crowded) it’s always a mess. Weights, paper, dirt all over the gym and bathroom floors.
