This gym has a large space with separate areas for cardio and weight training, with an assortment of dumbbells, barbells, and machines. Customer service. All those people at the counter and someone must know how to say “Welcome” or “Hello”. Cleaning… the place needs cleaned. Especially the bathrooms and equipment. Went to tan and there was lotion all over it. Matt and Trevor are awesome!

It's large and lots of equipment, both free weights and machines. I'm only giving 3 stars because the bathrooms are so poorly kept. The free weights are poorly organized, and it causes people to not rerack them correctly. No WIFI yet, so I can't listen to the TV while on the treadmill via my phone and Bluetooth headsets. Also, there was no free t-shirt or water bottle as promised when I signed up. Probably should be 2 stars now that I write it all out.

3 stars because its a Brand new gym and it has Ac problems already. Front desk employees need better coaching on greeting and not ignoring you, it's almost like trying to order a drink at a bar. The sauna is lacking moisture, water, coals. It feels like being inside a dry oven. LA fitness saunas are better. Overall equipment works well because it's new obviously. but overall this buildings budget was not planned well and it needs better management.

The gym is clean but it's new so expected. Went to 1 class so far and it was decent. I cannot rate this gym higher then 3 because how is it possible it doesn't open until 7am on Sat and Sun? That is outrageous! Also they need more 530am classes! Also no fans for circulation in the fitness class room and ride room! Fans and air circulation are needed badly it's not even hot outside yet! Please open earlier there are some people that need workouts early am!

This location would be great if they actually had fans in the Zumba room. Did a class here and had to leave because it got too hot.Dixie and Middletown have fans so I don't know why this one wouldn't.

Power outage or not, you should have some solution to allowing guests to work out for the day instead of the only option being for me to open a second membership when I already share with my husband. I'm sure there is a written waiver that could have been signed. Telling someone they can't workout after preworkout has already been taken is extremely frustrating. The gym itself is alright, way too crowded at night and not a lot of space to do anything most nights we go, it's definitely congested so hopefully they can expand or come up with a better floor plan.

Good new gym a lot of space everything is spaced out how it should be so people aren't on top of each other it's a little bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be revisiting soon

Pretty good environment, just wish the trainers weren't so pushy when a class is about to begin. Some classes start at 5:30 and I'll be doing my thing and a trainer will ask me to get away from the area at 5:25 even though after I watched them once, the classes didn't physically begin until 5:40ish cause he was too busy explaining the workouts. My thing is don't rush someone off a platform when you know you'll be talking for a good minute anyways. I pay my membership like everyone else and if class don't start till 5:30 then I will continue to workout until 5:30 hits or ask nicely for the individual if they can wrap up things a little sooner.

They treat you like family! Can’t wait for this location to open up! It’s right down the street from me and 24/7.

Brand new gym, so definitely some growing pains with lots of construction debris to clean up. Sauna in the mens room doesn't work yet and there are issues with enough disinfectant bottles that work and their availability. As it is brand new, there are dozens of helpful staff members and there is plenty of good equipment. It has a helpful open layout and plenty of dumbbells. Time will tell if the membership is respectful enough to put away the equipment in the appropriate places.
