excellent gym for those who want to start their routine, 100% I recommend this place open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, everything clean, in case you don't know where to start there are specialized trainers, 6 months coming to this gym I have no complaints

Honestly one of the worst run gyms I’ve ever been to. Equipment stays broken for weeks on end. Bathrooms get closed for cleaning during peak hours. Absolutely pathetic

I called to cancel my membership the gym is just to full I spoke with a Peyton and asked her to cancel my membership she told me I had to write a letter to cancel she didn't give me a email or any kind of information to who I send this letter to I told her a friend of mine said he canceled over the phone she said i don't know who did that because they're not supposed to do that I said okay thank you Well Peyton forgot to hang up the phone correctly and called me a liar to another employee I just want to say do better Peyton

Equipment is always broke and hardly gets fixed it seems like. They need a separate room for the group fitness classes because when they have one they take up the entire turf section and hardly any space to workout when that happens.

I finally got with Pavi, who is an awesome instructor there. Class is lit! I would love to join the team. If not, then it's ok. I'll definitely be joining as a member to attend Pavi's class.

All fitness subscription services are predatory when it comes to canceling. Crunch is no different. You can sign up online, but to cancel, jump through hoop after hoop. They want to continue sucking the money out of your account even though they are not providing a service.

I have had a membership with this gym since the day they opened, sadly I have not used it hardly at all(that is one me )still 2 months ago I opened a new bank account and didn't think about the gym since I've never made time to go, today I got a call from a collector saying I owed nearly 80 to the gym. I immediately called the gym to figure out wat was going on, the said my account is still active I asked how so since they couldn't collect from my closed bank account I told him to cancel my membership, he says he can't cancel till I pay the owed balance. What in the hell!! He even compared it to Netflix, he says the membership just keeps going? I informed him if you don't pay Netflix they suspend your account and you can't use it till you pay. That is completely different also you can cancel at any time which crunch is refusing to do. Beware of this gym and it's bad bussiness practices.

Good enough, considering price. Kinda crowded, but equipment is solid. Also find the very loud music annoying, as it's usually not the kind i would listen to. *Update: my headphones seal sound pretty well, so now I don't care about the music anymore

Great place, especially when it is 24/7 so it is always going to work with anyone's schedule. The only comment I have, due to Crunch being popular. It is always crowded especially during the day time but if your like me who goes after work around 1 am then your good but besides that. It is pretty decent.
