Update: 2 successful showers with warm water & no pressure from staff! Also the 2nd shower has a head now!Showers seem to be mostly just for show. Ice cold & the cleaners don't seem to like you using them either. I'll just drive home sweaty from now on lol

*Update they charged twice on someMembers this month.Memberships cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess. Service isn’t one of those things here. I had to cancel my membership. It’s not the members that are intimating, it’s actuallythe staff. I’ve never been treated so poorly by members of a gym staff in my life and I have been at it here in lubbock for a very long time. Somewhere along the way they were enabled to talk and walk all over paying members as they please. Daycare staff (my daughter hates it here) and especially some of the trainers. These trainers act very pretentious . It’s stupid packed and there’s no where to walk. My experience here did not justify the monthly payment.Unless you don’t have a day job. This place is for you because anytime before or after work hrs It’s thunder-dome and the trainers just aren’t kind to paying members. Got to tru fit

I travel a lot and hold multiple memberships at gyms with active and fit. This one ranks amongst the low ones. If gear isn't broken, it's filled with people who use multiple machines, and staff that never greets. This gym is a fit for those just learning to lift or people with no etiquette. And if you are new to lifting, do the opposite of what people do.

I was told that the membership was $10 per month and that I could cancel anytime no questions and no cancellation fee. Now that I’ve canceled I’m being told I owe $54.11. I tried to cancel over the phone and was told I had to cancel in person. I took time off and went in, was told I was cancelled and all was good. Now email and several calls telling me that I owe them $54.11. Haven’t been able to get them to stop.

Awesome. Good staff that stays out of your way, good set up. My only complaint is it can be crazy busy certain times of the week but that’s literally every gym. I haven’t had much trouble avoiding the crowds after figuring out a good schedule.

Great place to achieve your fitness goals. Variety of equipment and fitness classes, as well as knowledgeable staff and trainers.

Unresponsive! Unprofessional! I was trying to re-freeze my membership because I had relocated to Dallas and the gym that I thought was gonna be close enough actually shut down and that gym did not update their Google search in order for me to find out that it was closed until I drove there, so I had tried to re-freeze my membership and nobody got back to me and nobody told me that I could’ve canceled via email, I was actually told I couldn’t so that is why I asked to re-freeze it and then I got no response. I called and they told me I could cancel via email so I was lied to in the first place. I was then told it was too late and so they charge me for the month which I cannot afford I was in a very tight situation and I’m not gonna get into the details because it’s embarrassing but they robbed me of $35 because no one could get back to me I called several times to have the manager contact me the manager never contacted me. I want my refund for my last month because it would’ve never gotten charged if they did thier job.

All equipment pretty new, gym is maintained well inside, attentive staff, and 24 hours.

They revoked me and told me not to come back because I questioned them on overcharging me on my membership. Manager who did this was a Mr. Gress I believe. Don't recommend this gym

I have tried to cancel my subscription because it just was not for me. I only used it once for about an hour. I have emailed multiple times and have actually changed my bank info because I'm not paying for something I do not like and they are still trying to charge me.
