They won't let you cancel over the phone even if you moved. And when you send the letter to cancel they say they never received it. It's been 2 years and it's still a problem

There is a sign posted saying wear your eyewear for tanning, in each tanning room. When signing up, you sign an agreement to wear eye wear for tanning. Then, if this isn’t enough, you have to show your eyewear to the front desk each time. I’m just wondering if next, y’all are going to accompany us into the room, and make sure we wear them while tanning…

Horrible cancellation policy! DO NOT GO HERE. I sent my cancellation mail a month in advance, yet they still said that it didn't go through and ended up charging me for another year ($54 annual fee and monthly fee). The manager is not helpful and could not offer any support and assistance, given this is their own fault. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT GYM
