This is the second time that I am waiting for the gym to open on time. 60 minutes later and there is no sign of the gym opening on time.

This gym is so unprofessional it’s insane. I have been calling this crunch fitness for the last 7 days. I call and wait for about 30 mins and nobody answers. On two of the times that I attempted to call someone answered the phone and quickly hung up. I finally had to go in person and cancel my membership because the customer services was so horrible. If you want to be treated with respect and value customer service please do not come here.
