Lol Manager Kristen acts like CEO of this location. I attended this location being that my main Black Member account is with Dracut. She will treat you like an outsider using HER gym... I thought I was a PF customer to all locations. PF Malden needs to get rid of her. The only reason for my visitation was to show my boss who owns a company right down the street the gym. My boss is thinking of implementing a wellness program for the employees at this location and would have covered the cost of each employees membership. Because of Manager Kristen's attitude and lack of knowledge of machines "The Red Machine" Specifically. We are looking a different direction.

everyone one here complains about the manager/staff but when i go there they're nothing but nice and respectful. i just go there for cardio and the gym is always clean. PSA if you go up to an employee with an additude and expect the world in return dont be butt hurt if you dont get a1 service treat people with respect to get respect back.

The gym is poorly ventilated and hot. The manager is a stickler for what she calls "corporate policy", except that this gym has its own set of rules that no other planet fitnesses have. I would not join this particular gym, especially when there is a much better experience available at the pf in the next town.

I don't know where to begin. The manager is very snappy to most questions. The water fountains and refill station has not worked properly in two months, everyone is frustrated and complains with no resolve. They keep saying the filters are clogged and defective but just get them fixed. I am tired of the stories with no results. On a hot day the whole place stinks. On any given day the bathrooms smell like nothing I have ever smelled in my life with NO ventilation. Most people take showers in there bare feet, I wouldn't step in those showers. The four sinks are always desisting, sopping wet, covered in germs and bacteria, people do the farmers hanky quit often. Urinals have been clogged for 5 months and it takes 4-5 flushes to get rid of the yellow, so I walk up to them and they are yellow from the previous person who might have flushed it once. If I have to take a dump I would never use those disgusting toilets. I know its a cheap alternative for working out but we should be able to breath clean air, drink from a water fountain and speak to a manager who is a problem solver and is not rude. Corporate should step in. Even with all these nasty / unhealthy conditions they don't budge on letting anyone quit or get a pass to attend another planet fitness if you payed for a year up front.As to Planets response. The issue with your manager doesn't sound right? e-mail you and take a look? You know the issues with this manager just read the reviews. I am sure you have had mega complaints but cooperate lies at usual and denies. If you want to take a look get in your car and drive over and hang out in the bathroom for an hour.

No free WiFi, no exercise matts, old & limited weights, dirty bathrooms & worst showers I have ever seen at a PF. I travel for work & this is the worst planet fitness I've been to in the US. Pick another Boston location.

street people hanging around , makes it hard toturn in a workout. worst run gym ever , and I'm a black card member .Just not a well run place , plain and simple !

They have good pricing options which i liked but if you are into serious weight training felt that the place needs more. Treadmills and other cardio options are at par. But for me gym should also attend to heavy weight training equipment.

It's near to home. It's more of a fitness center . Lack of free weights, no barbell rods. Good for Cadio but not for serious body builders. One more thing I would like to mention that they take a lot of time to fix the broken machines. Overall it's OK

I don't know why people complain for no reason. You pay $10 a month and you want a 50 stars gym ? come on people, you guys should travel to planet Mars, you'll find what you're looking for.This gym is good, communication is absolute, employees are friendly, if you're not happy meeting people, you can purchase home equipment and workout in the non-stinking environment (your house).I'll recommend this gym to anyone.
