Staff is very nice, but the tanning beds don't get cleaned in between uses. (If it wasnt for that I would give 5 stars) I clean it myself before and after, but it kind of grosses me out to know someone's sweat just dried there, over and over. Other than that issue, I enjoy everything else. I've been a member for a little under 2 years.

The gym is decent and fairly clean. Men's locker room could be cleaner and showers are not working properly. You get warm water (not hot) but you need to keep pushing the faucet button! I also wish they stayed open a bit later than 7 on weekends. Equipment is in good shape and staff is friendly.

Worst planet fitness ever, everything is old, dirty and trash always load of paper. So disgusting. Horrible!

Very limited machines, unhelpful staff, and a dim atmosphere. If you're just going to run on a treadmill with music playing this would not make a difference though

Clean professional nice view and the staff incredibly helpful incredibly enthusiastic about what they're doing taking time to explain machines and every little thing you need to know to maximize whatever you're trying to do

Not many options for machines, which leads to a lot of pacing around and waiting for them to open up. Seems like no matter what time I go, it is always packed with people. Throws off my whole workout plans/routines.

Not my fav Planet Fitness but definitely gets the job done. Lots of machines and weights, televisions on the walls. Travel down to Northgate in Revere to get the brand new machines in a brand new gym with Netflix, workout tracking and a little brighter atmosphere. But cant beat the onvenience of a Planet Fitness on almost every corner.

Facing horrible experience. Cancellation of membership is big hassele. Before joining it was not specified we need to send the letter for cancellation. I had to move out of boston due to personal reasons then i spoke to manager and it was agreed for cancellation but it was actually not done. Now i moved out of country still fees getting deducted from my account. Frds ensure u get all the information right before u join.
