Could use better up to date equipment. Been here a year,pretty good gym. But with Crunch around the corner, they might want to upgrade. Can say I was highly disappointed when I went back to find out the "new equipment " was only treds, nothing new for weights. Hopefully they get better equipment soon.

The gym is clean, the staff is friendly, broken machines get fixed pretty swiftly. Some of the leather on the machines is torn but that's more a testament to the way the community treats the machines. I love that they are open 24 hrs on weekdays, wish it was on weekends too but I'll take what I can get. A no-frills gym but thats what you get at Planet Fitness and that's okay.

I have the black card membership. I travel back-and-forth from Baltimore Maryland to New England and I go and visit a few of the gyms during my travels. The Malden location is one of the most disgusting gross gym I have ever been in my entire life. I was just there the other day And when I went to the bathroom it wasn’t clean disgusting. So I walked into the gym part to work out and it seems like everyone’s waiting for a machine because they only have one of everything they have. So people are waiting wasting time. The gym is extremely bright.The lights in that gym is ridiculous, Plus the gym is very tiny and definitely has an odor to it. The manager should be fired and let go because it hasn’t been clean in a long time by the looks of it. I think I walked in and walked out within five minutes. I felt like I needed to go to the doctors and get a rabies shot

They still haven't done anything with people on cell phones I thought the rules of the club no cell phones on the floor or exercise machine

No AC in the summer?!? Never been to a gym without AC and it’s not a fun experience!!!

I love going to the gym the staff take the COVID distance very seriously. The gym is also not to crowded!!!!

Not alot of variety for machines, no rowing machines, or ergometers like at other PFs, or kettle bells or exercise balls. Is generic.

It’s a really open and good place and parking I think you’ll always find it fine and overall great people and great gym.
