VERY UNSAFE !! Went in on lunch to Tan. Assigned bed #2. The bed was so dirty stuff was caked on like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Then when it came on it was making loud cracking and popping noise. I was scared to get in. Then I noticed it was broken. Waste of my lunch time! That bed is going to hurt someone!

We could not be more thrilled with our club in Macon, GA. Trainer Mike Blunt has been FANTASTIC. His classes are the best I have ever taken and he truly takes the time to really get to know each of his clients. The front desk folks work to learn every person's name and greet you, the place is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is positive.

Planet Fitness is my spot! I love going in there putting in the work - and enjoying The Process. I also love the environment - other like-minded people who are also in there putting in the work to reach their goals. Planet Fitness is now like my "home away from home" - a sacred space for me.

Hands down worse PF I have ever been to. I travel for a living all over the east coast and this is the worse. Staff is absolutely worthless. Trash everywhere and will have 3 people sitting behind the desk on their phones while one works to check people I. The water has been out for over a month. They were giving away water for free now they are charging while they still don’t have water fountains that work.

This place is dirty. Here today (2/9/22) and there’s dirt and dust balls all over the floor, vacuum sitting out in the middle of the floor in the way the whole time I was here (trip hazard…not to mention lack of care) and machines haven’t been cleaned in no telling how long! I can’t wait for Macon to get the new gym on Riverside!

Staff don’t keep clean.... I have spoken to 3 managers one with the blonde hair and glasses and she said that she would pass it on to the morning manager. I spoke with the other brunette and she just looked at me and I spoke with Brett and he had excuses about "unstaffed issues". This has gone on for over 3 weeks.

My nephew and I joined today it's was very easy and the staff was very friendly

Great facility! Clean areas and high focus on sanitizing machines after each use. All machines were operable and in good working order. Not too crowded on a rainy Saturday morning.

Called several times about charges on my account.everytime no manager was in, so they told me to come up there, I came up there and spoke to two people working at the front. they told me to write on a piece of paper that I wanted to cancel my membership and sign it so I Did. when I left I was under the impression my account would be canceled when the manager got there the next day .....I called several days later and the young man said they were going threw with canceling my membership right then......I called a few days ago to only find out my membership was not canceled, I'm so frustrated and the Manager I spoke with named Bret was no help he told me there wasn't no paper, this and that got a attitude with me because I'm frustrated that I've made several attempts to cancel my membership and since the staff can't give my paperwork over and the manager is rude and never there I now have to come back up there AGAIN. won't use this gym EVER AGAIN

I love planet fitness, it’s always my first choice in gyms! Plenty of room and lots of equipment, the staff is friendly and clean constantly! Rachel is the best! Would highly recommend, 10/10!
