Poorly maintained facilities

Update 6/8/23:My trust with the childcare has been broken. My 5 year old son has been unsupervised playing Fortnite and Roblox (both rated T for Teen) without my permission. He had specifically mentioned games with guns that shoot people and jump scares, both of which are not age appropriate. Upon review, they decided to remove Fortnite but has decided to leave Roblox. How can I continue to trust them when it’s already been admitted that that there is not enough supervision or knowledge about these games amongst the staff or if the proper precautions/settings will be in place. I’m curious if other parents would be in agreement if they also knew that their child(ren) were also exposed to or playing these games meant for teenagers.Original:The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. Our kids love to go to the gym where they can play. The playground structure is their favorite. I do wish they had some programming for the kids whether it was in the kid's area itself or if it was a class parents could take with their kids like yoga. There's been quite a few instances of not being able to view the cameras on the cardio machines but we feel that they are safe. I really enjoy the classes that I've taken so far -- yoga, bodypump, core. Hydromassage is a huge plus to relax after a workout.

The gym facility was okay. But READ the fine print. This is not a local gym so they have no problem screwing you.I signed up with Devin for a 2 month trial for a trainer after much discussion as the cost for the mediocre training was $380 a month. I wanted to see if I would like it.Some how after I cancelled my membership they decided to change my membership to a yearly training membership…where now I am on the hook for an additional 10 months.ANYONE WHO HAS DONE PERSONAL TRAINING WILL UNDERSTAND THAT IT MAKES NO SENSE TO DO A YEARLY COMMITMENT WITHOUT MEETING THE TRAINER.The personal trainers they employ are unmotivated and not worth the $380 (4 sessions) a month.I most definitely didn’t sign up for personal training…with a trainer I never worked out with.Just heads up as I am going to litigate this just based on principle…this is not right. #fraudulent

One word.. tanning! My membership cones with free tanning. It's cheaper than a tanning membership

Pretty good gym for the price pay. Has everything you need and then some. The vibe is a bit antisocial - but that’s the vibe of most place nowadays since people have forget to speak to one another. But then again I’m old school and use to hit the gym in my early 20s before cellphones where people still spoke. But not terrible overall.

Great place to work out. They even have tanning, red light therapy and hydro massage. I don’t need it anymore but noticed they also have childcare and a women only room

I usually go to the one in murphy but since i was already in mckinney i decided to go to this location. Personally i probably would never go to this location again unless i’m desperate. Not only did this gym feel smaller compared to the other locations the vibe felt off. Also, I find the employees extremely annoying.

I love Club 4! It is so big and nice. I love the woman's only weight room. The classes are awesome. There are so many inspiring people at Club 4. I am so glad I stumbled across this gym a few years ago. It changed my life.
