CLUB4 Fitness McKinney

I like this gym, I have been a member on and off for a couple of years. Today I went to use the unisex bathroom and it was completely trashed. There were staff currently working, which means there is no reason for a messy bathroom. I went to go use the bathroom in the women’s locker room and there are no paper towels. The front desk explained that they haven’t received their shipment yet, and that’s why they don’t have any. Management should have gone to the store and provided paper towels for the bathroom. These kinds of things is what sets you apart from large gym franchises such as LA fitness or lifetime.

3/21/23 New Update!...... Machines are finally getting bolted down and I'm super excited about that! Thank you so much! 😊"Update....... It's been two years of going here and none of the machines are bolted down. I really don't understand it. The machines are constantly shifting out of place and it's becoming a hassle having to move them back into place. It's to the point where some of the machines are actually touching other machines because they keep shifting to where you end up being too close to someone else working out and I do not like that. I really hope they bolt all these machines down for a more comfortable workout...." Also there's always hair all over the women's locker room bathroom floor and paint chipping off some of the walls in the gym area. I think a gym makeover is necessary.(2 Years Ago)-->>> I like this gym! It has alot of great equipment! However, I'm truly hurt that there is no basketball court! It would be 100x better if there were double of each machine right across from the women's weight room area, instead of having to wait for someone to finish up so that you can use the machine.There is alot more space to be utilized at this gym and two green turf areas, when only one is needed in my opinion. I hope that they add a basketball court one day.

Horrible customer service! Like abysmal. Do not sign up for this club unless you want to be charged perpetually because they straight up give you the run around about canceling. Been on the phone for over 30 min and transferred 4 times now… rude people too. Do not recommend.Ok so 45 min in and transferred yet again, spoke to a supervisor who couldn’t help me then went to transfer me again and hung up on me. So 45 min and no one knew how to cancel a membership. Unbelievable.

One of the reasons I joined this gym was for the sauna, first day it’s broken and was told no ideas when it’s fixed. If you don’t have the amenities we pay for available then maybe you should lower the price. Definitely do a walk through first to know what the actually offer versus what they say they offerNice gym though.

such an amazing gym!! love this gym! the employees are beyond nice and so welcoming! always kept clean and just in general a good environment. so many choices in equipment and love the woman’s room. besides some creepy people i’d say 10/10 ⭐️

Good and clean. Lots of amenities and tons of equipment. Only down side is it's busy, but you can come in 24/7 so get the grind in at night or mornings if you prefer a more casual environment. The app for club4 has workout tracking and all sorts of cool features too to assist you in meeting your goals. There's also a little kids daycare room thing to help as a parent. Overall a good gym for a good price.

I like that this gym is one of the few decent-sized gyms that are open 24/7. There is a good amount of free weight equipment, however good luck if you need a cable machine. There is 1 of everything and it seems the most used equipment gets broken every month. It also takes 2-4 months to get fixed... You would think an established gym would have a faster turnaround. The space could use a little better organization as well. I'll continue using the gym, but only until a new gym opens closer.

7AM, doors are locked, unable to get into the gym, no sign, no email, no alert of being closed. Tried to scan membership and couldn't get in. Waste of time, let people know if you're not going to open.

I must say one of the best gyms in McKinny. Very large workout area, clean and very friendly staff. Best do yourself a favor and check it out,
