CLUB4 Fitness McKinney

My husband and I had a small mishap during our first visit at the gym. The manager reached out and we decided to came back… ended up loving the gym and the staff is amazing. Best gym I’ve ever been to.

The management are rude especially the GM. Also I witnessed one their staff by name Brad was working out and didn’t clean the equipment after himself🤦🏻‍♂️ I was disappointed big time. He should lead by an example.I guess they need more friendly management and staff who knows how to clean after himself.

I've called to have this cancelled as it hasn't been in use and that person is no longer with me, BUT it's been over 2 months and I keep getting charged! I asked for refunds, they say they got it covered, but I keep getting charged. I'm calling my bank now to block them and get my money back. I don't even know what this gym is like, but if it's anything like this billing then it must be terrible!

The general manager was extremely rude. Interrupted a member and 1-day guest in the middle of a workout because paperwork wasn't completed. A member of his staff told the guest "you don't need to do all of that. Go on and enjoy your workout." Then the "general manager" comes over and start. Learn how to be a better manager. The worst ever!

Andrew is the man! Staff is awesome too. The package options are the best around. Gym itself meets the needs of any fitness goals from the once a monther, to the 2 a day Ifbb pro. The app makes everything easy and is very user friendly. 10 stars if it was possible.

I had just started working out there for a month. They failed to explain that I owed 134 when I had already paid for my monthly payment. And what they told me is “we have an issue with our payment system, or it could be your bank” I gave them my routing number THREE times, also according to them, did NOT match and still apparently owed that much. First off how do you manage to get a number wrong three times aand still can’t get it correct! So I canceled my membership all together. Don’t throw your hard working money away for that place, it’s not worth it.

Staff is always very friendly! They greet you with a smile and make conversation. The atmosphere is upbeat. Im super pleased with the gym. Clean, friendly, reasonably priced, family oriented gym.

They have great equipment and have so much to offer however, some of their staff wear masks, some don't. Clean you own machine, most in attendance do not wipe their machines down so Civid 19, I believe, runs rampant there. The sign on the front door requiring a mask is not enforced based on what I personally experienced. Go at your own risk.

This gym is a little pricey! They do offer deals on price and every penny is worth it. The gym is beautiful and has a lot to offer. I also appreciate the protection they give for people like me who come to the gym at night.

I am a new member of Club 4 Fitness in McKinney and Andrew, the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My aunt was visiting for the 4th of July Holiday and she came to the gym with me. I was told by the front desk person that she could work out once with me. Andrew, in a very abrupt and condescending manner came over to us while we were on the treadmill and told us in an extremely hateful tone (in front of all the other club members) that we needed to pay money, sign papers, or leave. I am a medical professional and my aunt is an attorney and we have never been treated so poorly. I honestly wouldn’t advise anyone to join this gym - not because the gym itself is bad but because Andrew, the manager is absolutely horrible.
