The restrooms and the work out equipment are not kept clean. The women’s restrooms/locker rooms smell awful. Not sure what cleaning services they have but it’s very a dissatisfying experience and representation. The staff is also very uptight and not welcoming at all.

I haven't been in awhile- ok life happens.But to be laughed at, ignored, and treated how I was- not greatThe man at the front very rude, actually laughed at me.That was super fun!Oh- and I asked if tanning beds were sanitized-His response"Yeah I don't know we've just been really busy today"The tanning bed was gross with sweat from another person!I keep being charged after I cancelled my service! Just charged again another 80 dollars! Please cancel my service!!!

It’s seems the more members they get the dirtier the gym is , the more equipment is broken and not repaired extended periods of time. The women’s sauna has been broken since November 21st. That’s pretty unacceptable. I used to really love this gym, but I think it’s time for me to move on.

I used to go to the Coppell location. As soon as I moved to Mckinney, I didn’t think twice. Really good gym with everything you need. One of the cleanest gyms out there. The weight section is really good, so is the cardio. They have a hydro massage place, a sauna etc

It can get very busy in the evening and it's not as gigantic as some gym, however, it's a great gym to be. The equipment are kept in great shape, it's kept very clean, even the locker room and bathroom, which is rare, the stuff is very nice and always helpful, great trainers if you need one, and more importantly, the members are nice and have great gym etiquette. Great gym!
