Ona and Gavyn, these two wonderful ladies always make my gym experience pleasant. They'd always have a warm welcome and a nice smile when walking in. Moreover, they've always brewed me a fresh pot of coffee doesn't matter how late it is. (I usually workout in the late evenings)

Great gym, and they also have a great team of personal trainers. I work with Devin, and to say he has helped me so much is an understatement. If you are looking to get serious with you fitness goals, Devin can make it happen.

Andrew the GM and Kourtney the assistant manager are the worst managers to run a gym and business. They accused me of bringing in a guest who has been a member for the last 6 months and cancelled my membership over their miscommunication and misunderstanding. Then when I came inside to speak to them, Andrew asked if he could escort me out when asking him if he could explain why they were canceling my membership of 6 months when I’ve been a loyal membership who regularly buys drinks at the front counter. Being a business owner myself I’m very disappointed how they handled the situation just because Kourtney couldn’t accept an ego check when she realized she was wrong. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called to cancel my membership and front desk GUIDED me on how to do it online! Wow. Customer service even when you want to cancel. Gym was always clean, and staff extremely friendly. Wish I didn’t have to cancel due to moving. Thanks for all the reps!

Enjoyed the HydroMassage at the end the very most. Very nice club spacious although concerning about the stations for cleaning and wiping down machines did not see one person wipe down any piece of equipment the entire time I was there which was today. Mask we know are optional but no one wipe down anything. Members stacked on top of each other extremely crowded. Understanding this was the only place open in the Metroplex. I would add more rolling paper towel racks to the club and spray bottles some people can wipe down machines a lot easier and more convenient. Planet Fitness has this figured out. Honest review will go back would love to feel safer knowing people are wiping down machines after each use which they weren't that was concerning..

They have the absolute worst customer service. I called to cancel my membership after being charged $80 out of the blue and they directed me to their finance department which I also called and they told me they can’t help me because the club doesn’t allow them to help me. I work in customer service as well and this is the worst experience I’ve had. I shouldn’t have to jump through major hoops to cancel my membership and get a refund. I shouldn’t have to go back and forth between the gym and the call center. It is ridiculous and I will make sure and tell everyone I know not to use this gym. Luckily there is a very nice L.A and Lifetime near by.

I did love this gym. Had great options. Until I needed to cancel. The day they pulled money from my account last month, I called and asked to cancel. They said I’d have to pay another month on top of what I paid that day, as “30 days notice”. Ok… I had just gotten out of the hospital, and didn’t have that money. So I was told I could freeze my account. I asked how. I was told by the “Assistant Manager” that it was under the cancel option on their website. I explained it wasn’t. We went round and round over the whole website, for her to ultimately say “I don’t know what to tell you.” I asked if the manager could help. She said “we don’t know the website, we only know how to give you directions to cancel.” I was then told that the head manager of this location was soooo busy that he probably couldn’t call me for a week, but she would send him an email to call when he found time. Well- here I am a month later. My kid just left the hospital after a week- so I’ve obviously been a little preoccupied, and they sure as hell took the last bit of money in my account……. But still no phone call about freezing- like I asked for a month ago. I understand contracts, but this honestly just feels predatory.***I’ve only ever been a member at the McKinney location.

The manager Andrew is amazing. I had to call regarding a billing issue and Andrew helped me without hesitation. Andrew is a great guy and great personality to match. I love this gym.We have 3 kids and the kids area doesn’t disappoint.

The manager Andrew acker is the worst manager I have ever encountered at a gym or anyplace for a matter of fact. He is disrespectful towards guests. Especially ones who get a day pass and refuse to buy a membership. Only went to this gym because it was the only one open. Don’t even bother with a 3 free day trial. It’s a scam. This whole gym is a scam. Don’t bother giving them your money. Literally any other gym is better than this one. If they could find a better manager or people to run this gym. I would definitely consider getting a membership.

Simply put: Fairly clean, but the shaved head general manager doesn't do the gym favors with his abrasive customer service approach.Update: Thanks for the reply, but no thanks. I'll just tell the local community about the lack of professionalism of the shaved head general manager.
