This is the worst “gym” I have ever had the misfortune of being a member. If you want to go to a gym where members consistently text/talk on the phones while tying up machines at the busiest time of the day, go here. If you want to go to a gym where people use multiple machines at the same time, go here. No one, including the staff, understands the first thing about gym etiquette. As a devoted gym attendee and former national-level bodybuilder for the past 31 years, I know how a gym should be run. The cancellation policy? A joke. They will charge you for months of unused membership, and then blame their billing company. It is not my responsibility to ensure third parties are competently run. This place is run as a social club under the facade of a gym. If you want to take your training seriously and not be scammed, go somewhere else. I value customer service, and this place has zero. In a very competitive market, there are an endless number of better choices. Save yourself time and heed my words. If you want to socialize and spend countless hours talking and texting, have fun. This place will be right up your alley.

I really like this gym, they have great equipment and a large range of free weights. The staff on the other hand are extremely unwelcoming and rude. You would think a place like a gym where everyone’s there for the same reasons, the workers would be welcoming and kind. Everytime my boyfriend come in here not most workers don’t greet people. Another time I went to come work out and scanned my barcode(as it’s required) and one of the men working at the desk flagged me down and started yelling at me saying I didn’t check in, which I did. Like why don’t you start paying attention to your job and then you would know what people are doing. Long story short the staff here needs to get off their high horse and treat the people that come in like they’re human beings.

It's a very neat and clean gym. Just wish they had more variety of machines. I'm used to just jumping on a machine especially since I came from 24hr fitness when it had two levels. Other than that, the staff is friendly and it's a good gym for some one that's looking for a price friendly gym

Great facility. Loved the classes and instructors. As long as there are no issues that arise, this is a great gym. Once there is a problem, no one wants to help find a solution. There is no way to contact anyone above the manager for assistance. Would love to have a resolution, but I don't expect one. Think twice before leaving your children in the kids care room here.

Terrible customer service. Spent 3 weeks trying to transfer from LA to this McKinney location. For weeks different employees (front desk, General Manager - Jolie) confirmed my transfer even took my photo ID when I went in, just to get called the following day being told I am not a member of their location and no transfer was done. Wow right? So then the Regional Manager leaves me a voicemail asking if I want to complete my transfer as if I had not been told this was already done (week 3). The Regional Manager did not care at all of my frustrations and somehow could immediately cancel my membership. No care to fix the situation as if I was in the wrong. This facility has terrible communication between staff and depending on the customer they either care or they don’t. 100% unprofessional.

New members be careful! This gym has charged me additional fees and would not explain why once calling their payment collection agency. I canceled as soon as I could because a club that steals their customers money should never be trusted. Once I signed my agreement, I was informed that a payment of $32 will be required. Then a payment of $52 was taken again for “maintenance “ then I was charged $16 for the membership!! I was told that I’ll only be charged the $52 for next month but they lied and did not care to explain. Worst gym I have ever dealt with.

So far I’m loving this gym I love how it’s nice and open! I have the $35 membership with daycare and tanning! I’ve been using the tanning and love it I already have a nice tan after a week! I also use the daycare for my 3 year old son and he loves it! I just wish they would let them in the playground area the whole time they are in there for their 2 hour time! They are only open in the morning from 8-12 Monday to Sunday and then 4-8 Monday to Thursday! It would be nice if they could be open longer Monday through Sunday!

This place is a joke. A McDonalds playground is what we call it. It's ridiculous. If you're not serious about working out, this is the place for you!The employees there don't care to help you. Most know nothing. Others act as though they run the facility and treat you like a red headed step-child, when their manager is not around.I also have a membership at Golds Gym. I have never had a complaint about Golds. This is an actual gym that wants you to succeed and progress with your goals! The membership at Golds is the same cost as it is at Club4.I can't cancel my membership by phone, but I will be there this afternoon to do just that!*no need for a response from Andrew either! I dont care to hear what you have to say. Your staff is a reflection of you. This explains a lot!
