I have waited too long to leave my review here but I wanted to have a full true experience. Before finding TBT I started my fitness journey at home during COVID and wanted to move to the next step and wasn't sure if I should just join a gym or get a PT. I am SO happy I found TBT, the knowledge I have gained, confidence and literal GAINS I wouldn't change my decision if I could. I get both here, personal training, team training and the option to a 24/7 gym. Finding this gym has been a literal life change for me. As a rookie in a gym ever I felt intimidated but everyone is so helpful from helping find your best form, sharing fitness goals and mindset transformation has been one of the best things I've been gifted here. I am so grateful to TBT and Family. I got hooked on the MMA classes and you'll see me here almost every day. This is the best place to be. Are you an Amateur? Experienced? IFBB pro? Doesn't matter, this gym fits all. Fatima, AC and all other coaches are so knowledgeable and make working out a fun experience and something to look forward to. If you are afraid to start your fitness journey and don't know where to go, come here! This is a gold piece. Someone said, if you make something small but GOOD it will be a success. This is it. I love this place!! Very personable, family oriented, energetic, overall best gym I have been too. Our son loves all the classes they have to offer as well. So glad we heard about them and that we joined them.

Love TBT gym! My family has been attending for 6 months and absolutely enjoy it! Fatima is such an amazing and knowledgeable coach. I highly recommend it for the entire family.

My whole family has done various classes at TBT for a couple years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. The classes are enjoyable and the coaches really create an environment where you feel comfortable trying new things.

I’ve been going to tbt gym, for almost a year, signing up with them was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
