My husband and I have been coming for 4 months and have seen such a change in our physical health. The classes have helped me shed all the extra baby weight! Fatima and AC are great motivators and trainers. I would highly recommend the gym.

The best gym we have ever been a part of. You feel like a family, the owners and trainers are so knowledgeable, the prices are great, and best of all, you can bring your kids and let them play while you work out and they can play with the other kids.Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and kickboxing classes are offered in addition to strength training classes. Totally recommend!

I've had the pleasure of working out and working in hundreds of gyms the past 25 yrs. This gym is awesome. The owners are a pleasure to be around, and they really truly care about everything and everyone in the gym. Another thing that really stands out and I notice every single time I walk in is how clean the place is. They truly take pride in their place. Thanks for all yall do AC and Fatima!

TBT Gym is the one gym you've been looking for. AC is very knowledgeable and he pushes you to the next level. You basically have a personal trainer without paying a fortune. The family package is great, the offer kids classes as well.If you want results, don't wait any longer and sign up! You won't regret it.

Trainers and people are awesome and I love the weight training classes!! Great family friendly place to work out and sweat. This is the first time I have weight trained and really glad I came here first! A.C and Fatima’s knowledge on nutrition and workout routines are worth every dime!
