This family owned and operated gym is amazing! Their knowledge and enthusiasm is what makes me want to work harder every time I step foot inside the gym. I couldn't have asked for a better place to work out at.

I love everyone at the gym from the trainers to the members! It truly feels like one big family at the gym and they always push me to do my best and push past my comfort zone. It’s also the first gym that I’ve found that offers everything I want (weightlifting, kickboxing,MMA, Ju Jitsu, and more!)

This GYM will surprise you, No place in McKinney will you get professional fitness, weightlifting boxing, mixed martial arts, and Jujitsu training from instructors that care about your fitness. Owners had a great work ethic and even better the gym is getting bigger. All the people in the classes are great and always there to help. No, its not a globo gym, but if your fitness focused and don't want all the fluff. this is the place to be.

The owners, AC and Fatima, are great trainers, and they take the time to understand each individual’s unique needs and goals. They offer a great variety of workouts, from weight training to kickboxing to jiu jitsu! Most importantly, the atmosphere at the gym is always positive, encouraging, and motivating!

Best gym Ive ever been a member of by far! All the members do their part to wipe down and keep equipment clean, owners are awesome and helpful, really great welcoming atmosphere and they play AWESOME workout music! 24/7 access with the private full shower is a huge plus

This is a great family-friendly gym that has something for everybody! Open gym, Intense fitness classes and very advantageous self-defense and combat classes available.

I used TBT gym for about 3 months while I was home for summer break during college. I can honestly say that I will miss this gym very much when I go back to school. The equipment was brand new, always worked smoothly, and was always kept clean. They have a lot of barbell variations and a complete set of dumbbells. A huge bonus is the email newsletters you receive upon subscribing. They are filled with useful nutritional tips and opportunities within their programs unlike any other gym I’ve seen. The other members and owners are very friendly and I completed some of my best workouts at the gym. Its extremely well priced for a 24/7 brand new gym and I highly recommend it!!

AC and Fatima are AMAZING at what they do!! They really focus on you and your personal needs to attain your best results! They have cultivated such an amazing atmosphere at TBT, where you feel like family even with people you may be meeting for the first time! They are accommodating to all sorts of schedules and have classes for beginners through experts. TBT is absolutely the cleanest gym I have ever seen, which is especially important in these times during the pandemic. AC and Fatima truly want to help you become the best form of yourself that you can be, and they do it all while maintaining a fun and healthy atmosphere!! I would hands down recommend TBT to any and everyone looking to find a gym home!! We love you guys!
