Love this gym! My first time to ever work out Fatima and AC are very kind and positive! Very knowledgeable and patient!

The owners of this gym have terrible customer service. Basically stole $50 from us to have it taken away, no compromise, & rude owner. When you cancel an appointment, you should be able to reschedule due to some circumstances. Never tried asking for my money back, just asked to come back on another date. Most owners try to “compromise” and make sure that the customer is happy on their end, but not TBT gym! Just a reminder to customers not to do business through Zelle like this business does. Also should ask to put down a deposit rather than a full payment or you can lose all of it LOL

Best gym I have ever been too. I’ve done Lifetime, LA Fitness, and CrossFit. This does have a CrossFit vibe, but it’s way more than that here. You are family, they have AMAZING classes, and they have some awesome gym equipment to get the body you’ve always wanted. And best part, in your membership, you can do kickboxing (my favorite), self defense, Mui Tai, JJ, and MMA. They also have all those classes available for kids, I think that’s amazing! If you are looking for a good spot, the best coaches, and a fun place to workout and ALWAYS feel welcomed....come to TBT!

TBT Gym is a fantastic gym run by devoted people. AC and Fatima have a special bond with all of the members and are committed to their success. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes led by Juliano are my favorite. It's a great workout with a strong sense of community and family for all ages.Highly recommended!

AC, Fatima and Julian are very knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment I stepped into the gym they made me feel welcome and the whole gym gave a home town friendly family vibe. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get in shape or learn self defense regardless of fitness level

If you are looking for a gym that will get you results, this is it ! AC and Fatima give you the professional personal training with a family atmosphere. Plenty of options including custom programs to fit yours and your kid's specific needs, standard programs on daily schedule or you can just come and workout on your own. They know everyone by name and always make you feel welcome with the personal touch. Also gyms don't get any cleaner than this ! This is my gym. I’ve been coming for a while and I can tell you that AC and Fatima are amazing trainers. They help push me and motivate me to do better. When I started I could barely do a lunge and now I’m hitting pr’s and getting stronger. I Love the environment and the classes. Whether you are a beginner or have been a long time gym goer you won’t be disappointed!

TBT is more than just a gym, it's a community! We joined TBT in the summer and it was love at first class. We've done big chain gyms, country club gyms and community fitness centers but this has been our best experience by far. Our entire family (me, my husband and two boys (13 &10) works out at TBT. Fatima, AC and the other trainers truly care about your experience making sure you're learning proper technique and getting the results you want. All the other members are respectful and treat each other like family because that's the environment the owners have created. I feel truly blessed to be part of the TBT family! Positive reinforcement and constant encouragement to be a better you physically and mentally. Great place.AC and Fatima are great coaches, that encourage yet hold each client to a standard that works. Very knowledgeable in physiology, health, and nutrition.A very clean and organized gym. No throwing weights or other negative gym etiquette found in commercial gyms.
