I have been taking barbell toning, kickboxing and jui jitsu classes here for about 4 months and have seen great results! They have really created a welcoming and comfortable environment and offer great encouragement and accountability to help you reach your goals!

Challenging classes led by knowledgeable instructors. If you want to relieve stress, increase your cardiovascular endurance while learning something new do yourself a favor and join TBT in McKinney. You will be glad you did after every session! Great work AC and Fatima!

Family friendly atmosphere, extensive knowledge from the owners on nutrition and exercises, they know how to push you to they limit, great equipment, variety of classes for adults and kids with accommodating schedule. You want to be back everyday. You want to be there, no you need to be there for a doze of adrenaline every day. Thank you AC and Fatima.

10/10 recommend the owners Fatima and AC are absolutely amazing. They don’t play around when it comes to slacking they definitely push you to your limits and out of your comfort zone to help build your strength and form when it comes to weight lifting. Absolutely love their gym!

Absolutely love this gym!!! Literally has everything we were looking for as a family. We were looking to not only to continue our BJJ journey but start kickboxing and weightlifting. I would highly recommend TBT to anyone looking for great people and a fantastic environment.

TBT GYM is One big family. One stop shop where everyone can workout together, parents and kids. They offer different variety programs that fits everyone’s needs. The gym is always clean, classes are fun & challenging. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. If you are looking for a second home this is the gym you want to go to.

This is an amazing experience! Through the years this gym has been such a healing space for me and my child. You get will have support as you build a better body, you will have fun as you join the community vibe this gym offers, you will have a stronger mental outlook because the owners don’t give up on you! The equipment they have is also a big deal. Total Body is not just their name. Your total body is taken care of here!

Best decision me and my husband ever made after moving to McKinney was joining this gym. Fatima & AC are amazing at what they do and they push you to become our best selves. They offer a variety of workouts with different timings and there's a great group of people who we now call family!

TBT Gym has been the best investment for our family. The moment you walk in you are treated like family. There are so many great classes for people of all ages. Our two girls love the kids classes (bjj, kick boxing, MMA, etc) while my husband and I really enjoy classes for adults. All the coaches are amazing especially Fatima and AC! We love TBT it is a hidden gem!

My son has gained a lot of confidence and patience with himself after being with TBT for a few months. He’s picked up a lot of new skills. He enjoys kickboxing, MMA, and jujitsu. Great after school activity and something new to learn all the time keep the kids responsible and focused.
