I signed up four days ago and try to cancel on day 5 was told on past the cancellation date, and I was going to be charged the annual fee. The general manager told me I might as well keep my membership since I’m going to get charged and proceeded to tell me that since I work for a company that does contracts, I should know how they work completely unacceptable and condescending Do not recommend this gym at all.

What a amazing facility! I must say more than the equipment/ history of this gym location although good it's been the experiences I have had with the staff here that have made this gym special!I personally want to recognize and applaud Adrian 👏! It's hard to put into words what a positive influence this man is and has been for a long time now. He clearly has his trials yet his strength of character/ positive attitude always with out fail shines through and I am extremely greatful every time I bump into him! I walk away a better man because of it and I am greatful for that!Thank you Adrian /eos!

They have all the equipments in this location. Some equipments you will find which are not available in other locations. But the gym feels very compact and seems very small and confined compared to other locations. Ceiling is not that high either as a result the whole place feels smaller.I have few gym memberships. And I love eos. I would love to go to this location when there aren’t not too many people but during busy hours that place made me claustrophobic.This gym will give you kinda old school gym vibes.Also staffs are nice and welcoming like every other locations.

Old equipment didn’t know there were such differences between eos locations.. the one in Gilbert ( Val vista ) is amazing… this one not so much

This place is going to S***. Machines broken all the time, barbells missing from benches, not enough weights to do what you want. I get this is one of the older ones but they need to invest some money to update it.

This gym is a joke and so is the customer service I will not pay for somthing I can’t use medical reasons and they act like children and harassing when your in the gym or through calling you constantly. Very unprofessional and I can not seem to talk to headquarters guess I will be contacting the BBB FOR COMPLAINTS AND UNFAIR TREATMENT! Zero STARS for this gym!

I went in to check out their cardio cinema room. There is no such thing at this location. It's a very basic gym. None of the bells and whistles. Which is fine but don't advertise that you have something that you don't have.

I went in to sign up for membership. My insurance pays 100% of the membership fee. I wasn't pleased with the pressure CJ placed on me to purchase their trainer services. I had to firmly say, "No" before he backed off.

Drove all the way from buckeye seen a friend and wanted to hit this gym since it has the hydra massage. And I pay for the service so I’d like to be able to utilize the service this is the only EōS gym I know I do with the hydra massage bed. The bed stopped working halfway through than the guy at front desk said there was nothing he could do to help me.

I never had a problem canceling my gym membership until I got a membership with EOS!! Unbelievable lies they tell you over the phone, especially Abree who gave me false information and my bank statement was overcharged!😡 I hate EOS on Gilbert and baseline because of their employees who say on the phone they understand your situation but end up making matters worse!
