Dudes and dudettes are super nice whenever I come to workout. Always find a way to work things out for me when I’m being complicated. Gym equipment is always clean, it’s good equipment and they definitely kickstart the good gym environment everyone needs to go to the gym

Love this location because it's not full of IG waifs posing and wasting space. This location is a little grittier and carries that vibe over from its Golds days. Real powder eaters come here to rip it up in their expertly cut down worn out T's and hammer pants. It smells like vinegar balls and testosterone in there and it's glorious! This IS the location for the serious!

I had been looking to join a Gym for a week now until i came to EOS gym on Gilbert rd, and was helped out by Brian C. He was extremely helpful, explained every membership in detail, and answered all my questions! He was very professional and humble! Please go see Brian at EOS gym!

This location is outstanding. Not only are all the staff super friendly they almost always greet you with a smile coming and going which is super refreshing during these unprecedented times. The club was super tidy and made my workout a breeze. sanitizers and paper towel dispensers were stocked at each station I went to and weights were re-racked by staff when noticed. Best kept gym out of the two or three I attend. EOS staff at this location are an asset to this company at large and should be rewarded for their outstanding work ethic and for upholding EOS's code of ethics.

i signed up for personal training and was told it was $19 for the first week. I was not able to start the training for a week and not only was charged for the first week i was charged the full price. I tried to contact eos to have them fix the issue and was told multiple times the person who i had to talk to was either busy or not there and would call me back. I never received a call back i texted my trainer and told him that i would not be continuing. I was finally able to contact a manager and they did get it all canceled after a month. Now 5 months later i am being called multiple times from the gym trying to collect money. I was never even refunded the week that they charged me for training that was never even used. They will try and get every dollar they can and will fight you and not let you cancel.STAY AWAY FROM EOS

It's pretty fun to workout here. They have classes and plenty of things to do here on your own also. Never had any issues with cancelling(only cancelled due to moving out of state), and the prices are fair and high value. Staff has consistently been helpful and friendly. They don't try to pressure you into sales like other gyms. Also cool that they're open most days 24/7. I was sad to leave. It's a great gym.

This was the first time we went to this location and it was a nightmare. Our keys were (we believe) stolen and it left us feeling VERY unsettled. Could you say we're partially to blame for leaving the keys on the ground at the towers? Of course; but every single detail following this incident made little to no sense at all. We worked out on the treadmills, the legs areas and the free weight over by the mirror and after looking in those areas multiple times for well over an hour , waiting for the spares to arrive no keys have been turned into the front desk, nor have we found them ourselves. The man at the front desk wrote down our info and said he would call us if they came up. We were advised that night the only people who could review the cameras was the GM or the district manager. Next day comes we call at 12:10 and still no keys and this employee advises us he's heard nothing about missing keys and the sticky note that was "left" was no where to be found but he did provide us the district managers emails. (We still have had no direct response from her btw). Later on the same day we get a call from the employee from the night before telling us that he has the keys and they were given him by a employee when he came in today.....that's strange. We get there and he tells us another employee from the MORNING was "doing a walk-through" and found them by the leg area. That's weird because when we called at noon the keys still were missing?? and wouldn't the keys have been found by the towers which we both are very adamant that's the last place we had them. We called again today to have the footage reviewed regardless the manager was very nice about assisting and we received an email back saying the poor camera quality is not able to pick up small things like keys. Call us crazy for even harping on it because we do have the keys but I can't help but think someone was hoping that we would be forced to leave the car there so we could either 1. Steal the car. Or 2. Steal everything out of the car; and us having a set of spares foiled their plan. Either way we will not be back to this gym ever. Love EOS as a company but this gym is fishy none the less.
