Don’t use this company. They have charged over $400 In 3 weeks for a personal trainer that was fired a week after she signed up. They haven’t assigned her another female trainer and won’t cancel the charges . Stay away…. They’re crooks

I workout here all the time and really enjoy this location. I also utilize the Kids Club and I have to say that Peyton is outstanding with my kids and she is always so sweet, kind, patient and always always gives the best customer service when I come in. Keep up the amazing work!

Not the best gym setup I’ve ever seen but the night staff was nice and answered my many questions. Shower was a bit cold and equipment at this location kinda dated. On the fence about actually joining at this location

Straight trash ,honestly. Yeah the equipment is decent and the movie room is cool but these people are so shady. They begged me for the longest time to come in and get a 7 days free pass. Then when I did they refused to give it to me after I refused to be railroaded into making a commitment right away. I guess I dodged a bullet as I hear it's just about impossible to cancel your membership here when you are no longer able to use it. I hear they say things like you gotta talk to a certain manager in person for that who just happens to never be there. Look this place up on BBB. You will be thrilled to have never joined this place and for those who have , good luck.

I try the 7 days pass.First I just move to Arizona one week ago, I don’t have the drive license already. And a rude attendant and rude manager. Don’t let me try for 7 days because I don’t have Arizona drive license. (If I have a membership ok) I try explain I have a leasing contract and they just start be more rude.I think the guys need better training for treatment you future members. I not made a membership if I not felling the place. One start and I never back here.Good luck

Today I went to the EOS on Gilbert and Baseline. A young man named Aiden was working the front desk. Aiden helped me set up my online check in app on my phone. He's the first person at any location to attempt to help with this situation. Great job Aiden.

I like the layout of this location better than the Greenfield location. I visited on a Wednesday morning around 8:45 and there were not a lot of people, which I enjoy. Clean, functional, nice gym 👍 …

Angel is completely unprofessional, and acted immature when initially he told me and my boyfriend we would be training with him, but then told us we’d be with a new people all because we wanted to do sessions once a week instead of twice a week. He was not understanding our side of the situation at all, and frankly he acted like an immature child. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with his bipolar personality.

I've been a member of a number of gyms throughout the years and since moving to AZ was pleased to find a gym with superior staff at the Front Desk and Personnel Trainers. The staff at the Mesa/Baseline location really demonstrate a desire to assist their patrons more than any other gym I've belonged too.Amazing eye for detail from the professional training staff-i dont give returns too often but when I see professionalism and above and beyond quality of service and feel a need to comment.Well done guys....See you at the gym later today
