I've been a member of a number of gyms throughout the years and since moving to AZ was pleased to find a gym with superior staff at the Front Desk and Personnel Trainers. The staff at the Mesa/Baseline location really demonstrate a desire to assist their patrons more than any other gym I've belonged too.Amazing eye for detail from the professional training staff-i dont give returns too often but when I see professionalism and above and beyond quality of service and feel a need to comment.Well done guys....See you at the gym later today

Abree lied to me and my buddies face and now we are both out $76 EACH because of it. Not happy and would not recommend going to this location.

This location and the manager Brian don’t appreciate good customer. And don’t appreciate loyal customersIf you think about enjoy this location please go to La fitness I am doing the same..

Been a member here for a long time and have had multiple billing problems. Really like the gym, really like our trainer, but they screw up a lot in regard to charging us

I cancelled a subscription with this location 2 months in, and was told by the employee there everything was closed out. This was a year ago. They now call saying no cancellation was ever even requested, and that there is 12 month of back pay owed to them. The General Manager Brian was extremely rude on the phone, and kept saying “there’s nothing we can do about these charges” until 15 minutes in, then it switched to “we will wave all these fees if you sign back up”. Sickening.

I called to inquire about membership costs and ask if they have a pool. A simple yes or no would work, but she told me they would not answer any questions over the phone. The interaction was awkward and uncomfortable.

This location used to be so great! Staff is nice and overall gym equipment was great. But there’s this one guy who is literally the worst! Most of my friends have now been approached by him and harassed in some way. And when anyone complains about it nothing happens because he’s the manager there. He gets upset with people training together but has no problem putting a trainer shirt on so he can train his “girlfriend” (if it’s not his girlfriend then he should not be touching her the way he does in public) I don’t want to go to this location anymore because he’s made it a very toxic environment. When I speak to friends who go to other locations they know him, because he has done this before at other locations. Why does EŌS keep moving him around instead of firing him? Not sure but if he keeps it up I’m going to social media for sure. And I know plenty of others who will do the same. Do better EŌS.

This place is convenient but so much lacking. Nothing works. Sauna broken, can’t hook up to tv’s. Treadmills are always broken. Paper towel dispensers are always empty or broken. So lame.

Great gym with friendly staff, I always come back whenever I get the chance! Motivating environment surrounded by inspiring people! Big thanks to Brian and the Team.

Brian crew and angel were very welcoming to us. They help us sign up. I highly recommend to anyone to come and workout at this gym.
