This gym is fine. It has plenty of equipment and space. My issue is that my Personal Trainer constantly last minute rescheduled me, cancelled on me a few times with no notice so I'd only find out after our session was to begin, or cut into my sessions by showing up late and not giving me my full time.I called to cancel and was told I couldn't without a medical reason or being deployed. I try to look up a corporate number but they don't have one soI call back and ask for the GM, I hear the guy I spoke to before in the background telling the dude on the phone with me now to say that I have the wrong number and hang up.I called back upset with this and escalated. I was told shortly after that my membership for PT ONLY was cancelled. Well, two days later I'm charged again so I call and they state that there is no record of me calling or cancelling.Waiting in limbo to get my funds back and cancel now but don't recommend at all that you sign up for PT services.*edit after this review the GM called me and told me I'd have my training sessions cancelled as well as refunding me for unused sessions. Updated to 3 stars since it is a nice gym I enjoy using, just had a poor customer service experience until the GM got involved. Thank you.

I went in around 4:40am today to check if I could still use an older complimentary pass that I had used once, so I asked at the front desk. The guy who answered my question said he couldn’t extend it and he said “YOU have to get a membership, or I can’t let you in” in a very condescending way. Im surprised he didn’t say “I can’t extend that but I can guide you through our membership options” I wouldn’t treat my own customers or clients like that, so now I’m not really sure I want to change my gym membership to EOS. After he said that I apologized to him and left.

This location is great! Not only do I really enjoy the look of it, but the equipment is also great. I had some issues with billing, but the staff was really nice and understanding. After a few minutes they helped me find a good solution. I really appreciated their communication and understanding. They were really helpful.

Scam! I have been trying to cancel membership for over a year, they keep lying. I’m still a member and I do not go there. They even charged me for many trainer sessions that I couldn’t cancel. Worst experience ever! Do not sign up! It’s impossible to leave! I’ve lost about almost $2000 from them, and they keep playing with me on acting like they will cancel membership.

This is a good gym. It's pretty big and has a ton of benches, dumbbells, racks, and other related goodies. If you like to lift, you will like this gym.

I thought I had given up on commercial gyms, but this EOS location has changed my mind!A few months ago, a knee injury forced me to find ways to modify my "leg days", which meant finding a gym closer to home, with more equipment, and longer operating hours. This gym did not disappoint! You are greeted with a friendly smile, they have a vast array of quality supplements in case you forget yours, and upon entering you feel ready to put in work.

The gym itself if nice with lots of equipment but the staff is rude...fake friendly. Nice on the surface but if you ever have an issue they act like you offended them personally. I was trying to cancel my membership at the front desk and suddenly there were 4 or 5 employees including 2 managers crowded around. They told me they would "go ahead and cancel" which they did not and I was still being charged months later. Either they purposefully lied to my face or they simply don't know how to do their job. Do not come here for quality customer service.

The gym itself is very clean and the equipment is diverse and well kept. However, be very careful when signing up for a new membership. They charge a $20 "sign up fee", and a $60 "annual fee" on the first day, on top of a $10 monthly fee. Since you must give 30 day notice to cancel, this automatically means that you will pay $90 for the first 2 months. This seemed like a scam to me since they advertise on tv and online as a "cheaper" gym. This gym membership costs more than most out there.

I did like EOS until it got new management. I was told that my training sessions would roll over and I wouldn't lose them. When new management came in they decided to take away all of my already paid for training sessions. So that was pretty frustrating because it was not cheap. And then when I called to cancel I had to pay an extra month's membership because of the silly 30-day thing. However, they transferred me to a corporate number where I had to wait online forever. When my husband called into cancel they did it for him right there at the gym. Very inconsistent and clueless front desk workers. It's unfortunate, because this previously was a five-star rating. And don't get me started on how inconvenient it is to go to this gym as a mom. Half the time you go to make a reservation and it doesn't work online. Which is also super inconvenient to have to make a reservation to come in. I never used to have to make a reservation, but ever since COVID they decided it was a good idea. Maybe it works for them, but it doesn't for a lot of moms. I also would prefer working out first thing in the morning when we get up at 6:00 a.m. and not having to wait until 8:00 a.m. The workers seem to always get there right at 8:00 a.m. or just after. So we have to stand around waiting as well. We will definitely be finding a gym that is more professional.

First time going I went at noon on a Tuesday and was surprised to see how many people were there. Not looking forward to going during a busy time. They have good equipment and good amount of it which helps make up for how many people are there. I'm not a huge fan of the lighting. It is kind of depressing and didn't get me in the workout mood. Regardless a pretty good place to workout.
