Basketball court has been closed for last 2weeks with no explanation. If one of the features is being stripped the price should drop.

Tried several times to cancel my membership but they continue to lie to me and charge my credit card. Do not trust this business with your credit card!

Gym facilities are fine, though nothing special. The problem is with member services, who took dozens of calls to cancel my membership and continued to charge me even when they said they'd take care of it. Awful, deceptive billing practices.

Terrible fraudulent place. Don't ever sign up for this place or you'll be pulled through hell trying to cancel. Machines barely even work and are rusty, people blasting their own music on their own stereos, extremely dirty and much much more. Call the billing place to cancel 3 times and they hangup and will still continue to charge you, will be reporting the gym and the billing provider to the BBB.

Absolutely love this gym. Got the free 7 day pass and ended signing up after my first day. There’s barely anyone there during the morning / early afternoons and I like how there’s multiple floors based on what kind of workout you want. It’s so cheap for everything it has to offer!

Do Not signup with this gym. They have some of the shadiest billing practices I've ever seen. Canceling with them is a nightmare. You have to do it by email or fax, they take forever to respond and they will continue to bill you even after you've requested cancellation. The gym is not worth the price. Broken machines on every floor. Worn out mats for stretching, not to mention no dedicated place for that either.

I signed up for the free pass and went there just to find out the free pass dosnt include everything. On the site it does not say anything about not including the gym or the pool in the free pass. It should say somewhere what the free pass includes. I signed up because I wanted to see how the facility was but especially the gym. They should have a description on what is included in the free pass. I was so upset I drove all the way down there just to be disappointed because they can't be specific. Just put on your site what is included and not included in the free 3 day pass. The site also says 7 day pass but when you sign up it's really only 3 days.

DO NOT JOIN! Believe the reviews, because it is as bad as they say it is. Probably one of the poorest customer service experiences ever. I don’t know what is worse, the filthy facilities or the incredibly rude “manager” who absolutely should not be working with people, period. They use a third party for billing, so be prepared for extra charges, no accountability, and it is a nightmare to cancel. A ripoff in every sense.
