4.5 is probably the more accurate review but I rounded up bc the people who work here are so nice. It can be a challenge as a nb queer presenting person to find places where you feel safe. Thankfully this PF is one of them. Only reason for the 4.5 is sometimes a machine will break and it takes weeks for it to get repaired, which is likely a corporate red tape problem. Otherwise it is very clean and offers a good variety of equipment. For once I’m not as terrified of the winter blues bc I know I’ll have this place to get a seratonin boost.Thank you so much to the staff here for your hard work. I’m proud to call this MY planet fitness.

Close to home but too many broken machines. Told the staff multiple times but nothing ever gets fixed. Moved to another club location.

I am from another state and I am a member of this gym. But they can't seem to transfer my membership in order for me to use the gym.

Very friendly staff! Very clean facility. Wide range of equipment to define and tone your body.

Nice work sir, keep it up. No matter how good the programming is, doesn't do much unless you work the program, you know? Appreciate your words and being part of the community we are building here.

Equipment and gym part is clean as for the bathrooms it’s horrible and always smells. I’ve been to many locations and this one’s bathrooms is one of the worst. People also seem to be breaking into the lockers too but it hasn’t been as often as it used to be. The machines are sometimes broken. I usually see them fixed in 1-2 weeks which isn’t fast, but maybe that’s just an issue with getting someone to come and fix it.

The gym is kept pretty clean compared to LA Fitness, Anytime Fitness. I’ve honestly never seen this gym dirty.
