As a former and recent member, I can confidently say this gym is horrible, this is the second attempt at a membership here and I've given up on them. Financially they are ripping me off, charging for services I canceled due to staff forgetting to submit requests and efficiently do their job. The staff including "management" has exhibited the height of unprofessionalism. From the employees exhibiting sexual misconduct and harassment of the women working out to the management failing to take responsibility of the environment and disregarding client concerns. This gym is merely benefiting from the operating hours, low monthly dues and the fact that there is only one other gym in close proximity. Lastly, the crowd they cater to needs the gym to be open for 24hours do to their lifestyle which makes sense. As a 9-5 professional, I can make it to the gym before 11pm nightly I don't need the 24hour open door, I need my sleep for work. I do prefer LA Fitness now that I've joined them regardless of the extra $9-10/ month, I am paying for peace, cleanliness, professionalism and staff who are actually knowledgeable and helpful with my fitness goals. Be smart about where you're spending your money, they are $5 less than some gyms but all that glitters is not gold.

I've been going to this gym since 2014. It's clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. I also use the daycare and I 100% feel confident working out knowing my children are in good hands. But I have to point out this gym is expensive but it does offer a lot of amenities like a steam room, pool, workout classes and more.

Great customer service, they'll guide you if you need help in your workouts, and it has everything from pool to saunas and streamers. However price is not as friendly but definitely has value. A lot of the machines are new as compared to about a year before. So definitely has improve

The gym is great but it gets pretty damn packed during peak hours. The new equipment is awesome. The trainers are energetic and helpful.

Being 24 hours almost instantly makes it better than any other commercial gym. Relatively clean, and a decent amount of amenities. Only "issue" is fewer machines than other commercial gyms and even less than the other 24 on Pines and University.

The gym itself is nice. Lots of light.Customer service is terrible though.When I called to ask why I was charged double the girl at the front desk picked up the phone and I was explaining to her my situation she cuts me off and starts speaking to someone else and comes back to the phone laughing and then she asks if I could repeat myself because she didn't "catch" what I said. The end of the conversation, was told I'd be reimbursed the money. And I cancelled my membership because i was leaving the state.2 months pass by, I am still getting charged. No reimbursement. I keep contacting them and it's the same thing. Over and over. I will keep calling until i get my money back.

Wish I could give zero stars. Nice facility, but the Club Manager Tony committed fraud by charging me for a different membership than I asked for (of course he charged me for a more expensive one.) It has been hell with these people trying to get the membership canceled and refunded. They keep giving me the go around and mysteriously none of the managers are ever around when you try to talk to one. Tiffany at the front desk is nice. She took my info to give to another manager to just cancel the membership, but still no luck. Didn't want to have to fight with corporate about this, but I guess that's where this is headed. SMH. Go sign up at another and then come to this one if you want. I wouldn't trust ANYONE at this location with my payment.

Honestly, this gym doesn't even deserve a star. This is the first review I have ever written. I used to go to 24 hour fitness in plantation for years and always loved the gym and the staff. However, I recently moved to Miramar and decided to join this gym again. This gym is always dirty, smells very bad, and the equipment is in terrible shape. For two weeks now, only 1 of the high incline treadmills are working. The weights are all over the place. You can never find a low weight barbell or Dumbbells. They lock the fitness room when no classes are taking place. The worst part about this gym is the disorganization of the kids club. I am a full time student, and mother of two and can barely make into the gym as it is. When I finally have any hour to spare I go to the gym during kid club hours to find out for the eleventh time the kids club is full and cant except any kids for about an hour unless someone leaves early. If this happened once of twice I would be somewhat understanding, but not the eleventh time. I pay double the amount of their typical membership fee just to guarantee I can work out by being able to use the kids club that I pay over $30 a month for. The gym manager is also extremely unpleasant and not accommodating like she should be. When I approached her over the kids club issue twice she acted vey insincere and didn't seem to care nor has she hired any new people. If your a mother and planned on putting you're kids in 24 hour fitness Miramar, look elsewhere!

This is the first review for any service or company that I have ever written: I went to 24 hour fitness for 2 years, they have a great facility and the staff is usually very helpful. However, I was lied to and scammed/robbed by the staff and company. The issue began when I was preparing to move to a different country, so I called to cancel my account. On the phone I was told it was impossible to cancel my account via phone, that I needed to show up in person, so I went, and after physically signing papers I was assured my account was canceled. Fast forward 4 months when I'm already living in the new country and I get a call that went something like this: "hello this is 24 hour fitness, we were calling because we are having some issues with the payments on your card.." They were still charging me. My account was not cancelled. When I told them their mistake the reply I received was, "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do because I cannot cancel your membership without you physically being here." Therefore I was charged payments continuously.. For 7 months.. After already cancelling. But it doesn't stop there. The moment I touched down in Florida I drove to 24 hour fitness and made absolutely sure to speak to an advisor and calming express how irritated I was for having to pay for 7 months membership after I had cancelled, etc. (I am a student and do not have the funds to throw around an extra 30 some dollars every month)They apologized and I understood, I told them that I would like to terminate my membership, again, for certain this time, expressly stressing how I wanted it terminated for good and not have this issue again. I signed more papers. Recieved more reassurances. That was 2 months ago. Today I received a call.."hello this is 24 hour fitness, we are calling because we are having some payment issues with your card..." Are you serious? This time I could not be so calm, I knew that it wasn't this employee that was trying to spite me but I let them know that I am being scammed, robbed, and going to be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Then all of the sudden, "I'm sorry sir, do you want me to cancel your membership? I can do it over the phone and it will only take 10 seconds." I couldn't believe it. This entire time they have been lying to me and forcing me to show up in person even after I told them I couldn't because I was in a completely different country! Then when I threaten to report them I can all of the sudden cancel my subscription, no signing papers, no needing to come in, nothing.As a once loyal member of this gym I am betrayed and furious, I am out time and a lot a lot of money.Continuing would be petty: you have my experience, heed it and beware. They will lie to you, and take what they can. Be vigilant and don't let them.

Best 24 in south fl (I've worked out at 4 others) i know it gets packed in the evening. So i stay away after 6pm. It's missing a couple machines but can't complain
