This is the worst gym I've ever been to!!!! You do not want to become a member of this gym because their customer service is horrible. It's obvious that they don't really care much about their customers..

Too packed with people at all hours. More like a hangout bar than a gym, it was better when they first opened years ago... They also close the sauna at night and if I pay for a 24 hour membership, I expect to use all services 24 hours.

This gym is not good at all.. it's not clean and the customer service is horrible. they lock the fitness room so you can't go in there and work out. They never clean up the weights and things are always missing. The customer service is the worst that I've seen it sent completely down hill when they changed managers and you can see its not run properly. I definitely will not be rejoining we bought a costco membership so it was cheap and once its up were out of there. Do not recommend.

I visited this location a week ago. I was told to show up 30 minutes before the class I signed up for began to activate my 3-day pass. The facility itself is very nice, clean and the front desk associates were welcoming. I was asked to quickly fill out some info on a computer, and was told to wait for a few minutes. Raul approaches me, introduces himself and we begin to walk upstairs. I was expecting a conversation as to what I'm looking for, what do I expect, etc. etc. I was asked what brought me to this location. I began to explain that I live in the area, and that I was torn between this location and another gym. What would be a deal breaker was how much I like the classes. Apparently, Raul did not like my response, and dismissed me quite quickly. So it s now 20 minutes before class, and I am quickly brushed off and when I ask him, where was the room located for my class, he just pointed his finger and responded "that way." I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS LOCATION. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO GO. But he didn't care. So there I am, a potential new member waiting in line for class 20 minutes before the start time, with no tour of the facility. I took the HIp-Hop class with Blue. It was a good and fun class. I am happy with my work-out for the evening and go back down stairs to the front desk to collect my I.D. from Raul. He comes down stairs, hands me my i.d. and is eager to sign me up. I didn't have the patience to ask him to please just let me enjoy my 3-day pass so I can make my decision then because I was really upset with how he handled himself at my arrival. I loved the facility, but as far as sales and pitching memberships, Raul, in my opinion, needs more training. I can't speak for everyone else who works there, but my personal experience with him was not pleasant. Although your location is more convenient for me, I'd rather feel more comfortable at a facility where EVERYONE is welcoming and willing to cater as to what I am looking for as a member of their gym.

I've been a customer from this unit since the 2011, but looks like management is concerned just on the qty of customers and left behind quality of their services. The ambient is a mess no one re rack the weights, that area is simply disgusting you see sweat stains all over the place. You can use the equipments area only, another issue they have problems with the old equipments now a days outdated. I will not comment the locker room impossible to use it. And the information about getting better is confusing one associate tells me that they know about the issue and they are working to improve, others make a poker face and tells that everything normal and they will report the problem. This organization has lots of management issues as well.... this reflects in basic stuffs.... good luck 24 fitness.... This customer is going to LA Fitness and Orange Fitness

Never been a gym person til I joined this gym. Absolutely happy with it I feel at home when I go there, I never feel judged, the staff is super nice, they always greet you and fair well you. And I love dulcie and michelle!! They're the best when it comes to cycling. Love it!

Completely horrible gym! Do NOT waste your money. The Sales staff will do their best to get you in there without really giving you the opportunity to see what the gym is actually like. The place is a complete mess. The free weights are NEVER put back where they belong, so finding the weights you need for your workout is nearly impossible. Half of the treadmills and bikes do not work, and on top of that everything has a dirty look to it (most likely because no one actually cleans this gym). I am extremely upset that I wasted my money at this gym. I am wondering if they even have a manager on duty... if so, I assume they are sitting in an office not giving 1 crap about the gym. I have only been at this gym for a month or so, and I am already freezing my account and going somewhere else next month.

They are horrible when it comes down to service. They are a bunch of people that do not know what they are doing! The only reason I went is because it is right down the street from my house otherwise never would of gone. Machinery is broken half the time. Has many trainers that just because they can do a pushup think they know about training. AWFUL experience maybe it is just this one but at least you have been warned.

This is the most beautiful inside of the 24 Hour Fitness locations in Broward County. Big windows, lots of light, many cardio machines, big layout. Sometimes it gets crowded but not all the time. Great looking guys around too. I love working out here.

Very nice facility. Seems clean. A little packed at times, but that comes with any chain gym. The good thing is about this one though, I'm not waiting on a machine forever b/c some 22 year old girl is sitting on it while chatting on the phone. At least I'm waiting b/c the person is hustling. Alot of fit people working out here. And nice too, I never feel hesitant to ask someone if I can work in with them.
