24 Hour Fitness

Very convenient, good service from the staff .There are certain aspects that should be improved as the hygiene in certain areas as the Woman's bathroom.They have a lot of machines in all the training areas which is good because this location is pretty crowded.Also the Kids Club gets packed.

The club is good in general. But I wanted to complain about instructor Merylin. I don't know how did she get certification to teach. I love bodycombat I doing this class around 8 years, but this instructor was worst ever. She does not know what to do she does not have any bodycombat music . I just left the class even I drove 40 min for it! Because of instructors like her some people hate bodycombat . This is so sad!!!

The gym was disorganized and the variety of exercise equipment was limited. The free weights were also out of order and it was really hard to find matching weights. Also, there were only 2 water fountains in terms entire gym and the water coming out was lukewarm.

A little crowded the hours I like to go, 6p or 7, but people there are all chill, and it doesnt really alow down my work out. I like the people that go to 24 because they really work out, but it doesnt smell like a lockerroom, and the equipment is clean. The 24 in pembroke pines is a different story...

Terrible terrible gym. It looks good at first, but as you start to regularly visit the facility for your workouts. You will find yourself in the middle of a terrible community. First off, if you use dumbbells, you wont be able to at this gym. They are never racked or you will have to walk the gym to find them. Second, when a machine goes down, its down for months.. "temporarly out of service" , they must not know what temporary is, or it serves a different meaning to them. Third, the staff.. not a single employee knows how to smile. They are not friendly, no eye contact... nothing. Fourth, machines are left with the weights on, EVERY machine is left with the weights on. Whatever routine you thought you were going to get has now been changed to reracking weights from the previous user. Fifth, either the club manager doesnt get my messeges or doesnt return them, either way... the ball is getting dropped somewhere. Lack of communication i would say is appropriate here. Lastly, what you are verbally told and whats on the contract are polar opposites, I work in sales and we call that misrepresentation. Do not follow what they verbally explain, read your contract before you sign, because thats what they will hold you to. READ your contract.We have verbally spoken to the team members about their messy gym, and nothing has changed.Find another gym. I cant urge this enough.Thanks.

This place has become a total rip off. Their staff is rude, the gym doesn't have enough equipment to handle peak hours, and the trainers hog multiple pieces of equipment circuit training their clients.There is a yearly fee that the salespeople make seem like it's a one time fee but it is not, and after speaking to the manager she told me that no one pays under $29.99 a month. Well when I finally decided to cancel my membership she offered to reduce my membership.Save your money and frustration and find a small gym to join. There is no value in 24 Hours Fitness. It's the typical franchise gym scam. They up sell the benefits and once you join it's your fault you didn't know what it's really like.

The gym oversells the memberships so it gets too crowded. They are also very slow in fixing broken equipment. I buy the yearly membership at Costco, so don't know what their membership sales people are like. The front desk staff is friendly and they have some awesome spinning and strength class instructors.

Me and my boy drove an hour and a half to meet up a friend for a workout in Miramar, I've been in and out of gyms since I was 15 (currently 21) never had a problem getting in a gym or trying to and these people made it so difficult. Besides the fact that my friend is in the military and just wanted a workout they tried sell us on a guest pass for $20 one day. Their sales manager was pushy and doesn't know how to sell really, We wasted all our time and all our gas just to come and try to get a workout with a long time friend. Instead of understanding our trip and being nice and considerate to capture a lead their money hunger led the way. They also told us we weren't local residents so that hindered us being able to get in without paying that fee, Instead of arguing and getting into a discussion with the sales manager I just walked right out that door and went to LA Fitness, got in no problem, Gyms like this are the reason people get a bad rep from a fitness center.

Hi I went to this gym to get an idea about price and they said me they will give 3 days trial so that I can decide before joining but when I went on my first day of trial I was treated so badly by the manager he spoke very rudely and said sir u went to one 24 fitness in New Jersey last year to enquire but never joined so I cannot allow u to use free trial u need to pay 20 bugs to get inside. I will never go to this gym again. People please be aware of it.

I love this facility. It's a great place to workout. What I love most is how they are constantly updating the equipment and machinery. The staff is okay, but not the best. The fact that I can easily spend hours here is why I'm giving it 5 stars. I also love getting in the pool and the sauna.
