24 Hour Fitness

Horrible from when I walked in. Jacky the front desk member on a personal phone call chatting away. 2-3 min before attending me waiting. Had my 3 day pass for which I signed up for before hand. I was a member 5-6 years ago and it states on their web page 6 months for previous member and you can obtain a day pass meeting that criteria. She said she couldn't give me the pass. I stated what was in the website decided not to confront or argue and said Thank you. She asked if I still wanted to sign up after not giving the pass. What type of customer service is this, who trained her? Horrible...

Gym isn’t clean. Sauna smells very bad. Also not 24 hours.

After 10 years coming to this location, I would have never expected to be treated as horribly as I was today. After giving my requested feedback via a survey that was sent to my email, I was rewarded with a call from the general manager to my personal phone number to harass and intimidate a veteran member. All because I mentioned there is black mold in the showers, and said the sauna is unhygienic in a voluntary survey. His defense was that "man to man, his employees go in twice a week with their personal pressure washers at 3am to clean". Pathetic excuse for a manager, he does not belong working with 24 Hour Fitness.

Management, on your Miramar ‘s location, there is a broken mirror from long time ago ( more than 2 months). I’m pretty sure you’re aware this is a liability and also is really dangerous. If you’re making changes on the weights area are you planing change it or keeping this with tape on it!?

Don’t waste your time coming to this gym worse customer service, with the 2 person they have at the reception their losing customers.

My experience is always great because i love working out, but i will be more happy if y'all get back too 24hrs a day!THANKS

Overall Nice Staff BUT IT IS COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE SQUAT MACHINE WHICH REALLY FOR WEIGHT LIFTING BUT I KNOW THE SQUAT MACHINE AND ITS NOT JUST THIS LOCATION ITS LIKE THAT EVER WHERE I WILL COME IN AND START MY CARDIO AND THE SAME ONE OR TWO PEOPLE WILL BE HOGGING THAT MACHINE FOR OVER A HOUR AND THEY TRY TO STAY THERE STILL THE NEXT PERSON GET THERE I LITTERLY HAD TO SIT THE THERE AND WAIT SO NOBODY ELSE WOULD SKIP ME I HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL AND ON TOP OF THAT THERE SHOULD BE RULES CAUSE THEY LITERALLY USE THIS MACHINE AND 3 others one at the same time NEEDS TO STOP THERES OTHER PEOPLE HERE THAT WANNA SQUAT TOO…. I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IN ORLANDO 🤦🏾‍♀️

I went to there with my two daughters with the 3 free days pass but They didn’t let us to go in because my daughters don’t own local ID so I couldn’t even see the gym. Don’t waste your time if you have kids and You want to join with your family this gym

I’ve been going to 24 hour Mirimar for years specifically because it was open for 24 hours . But since Covid hit this place barely opens on time and when open the place is filthy . Management doesn’t seem to care and corporate could care less . Do not waste your money or time coming to this location .

Where is the cleaning staff. FILTHY and honestly they don’t seem to care about it. Steam room NEVER cleaned and takes them a week to replace a door handle. I can see why this place is bankrupt. Go to Miami Gardens location.
