Gym is great but can’t get their act together with staffing in the morning…. It is common for the gym not opening at 5am because the staff isn’t there to open the gym…. Love the gym but will be considering an alternate gym because of this. It is simple unacceptable…

My first time at this 24hr fitness, and I woke up early since it’s 24hrs. I’ve been here since 3:30am. And as I’m writing this at 5:13 am. It’s still not open. It’s at least 20 people here, standing, sitting, leaning, it’s even a guy here who pulled a pillow and covers out his gym bag and laid down. I’m highly disappointed! And I can’t even sit down cause I’m ready to start my day working out. And theirs no notice on the door at all.

Very unprofessional. There is a sign up reserve online for classes that is not followed. You sign up for the reserve spot, but when you show up for class, your bike is taken by some clothing, etc. People in the class are saving spots for there friends running late for class. This is unacceptable and very upsetting for paying members that deserve the same rights to get in a particular class. Always been this way and need to stop the unfairness.

5 AM Classes have been eliminated. It's so heartbreaking and unprofessional how the classes were completely eliminated without notice. In particular 5am spinning was amazing with Marilyn she was always there and on time with great energy she always gave the class her best. Me and my fellow spinning classmates are completely blindsided by what happened.So many people would go and it's discouraging such an awesome class has been discontinued. 5 am is the only time many people have availability to go to a 24 hour gym, that's why we enlisted in the first place! I hope 24 comes to their senses and bring these classes back. So horrible.

Been working out here for months now. The equipment and location are awesome. My only gripe is the lack of enforcement of rules. No one calls anyone out for not racking the weights, recording on the floor, or wiping down machines after use. If there was any sort of enforcement of these rules, would be a much better gym.

Love this location. Clean and tidy. Staff is very nice too and they’re always cleaning the gym. Music is great too

No one re-racks any weights. Equipment is everywhere. The staff is ignorant. Smells. The pool area is sketchy. The basketball court is fine.

I called to cancel my account and I was told to not worry, that they would take care of it. To my surprise they still charge me the monthly fee + annual fee. When I called them asking why they are still charging me, they told me that the account was still active and that nobody called them to cancel it. Thankfully I was able to dispute the charges. Don't get caught on their BS or trust their word.

This place is like high school drama on steroids. The staff is clicky and nice to certain guests. One personal trainer approached me as I was leaving the facility, guessed my weight to be approx 169 (he was pretty spot on) and proceeded to warn me that I could be bordering on obesity/should consider taking up his services sooner than later (for the record I’m 5’7, workout regularly enough and while my body fat percentage is not as low as it once was, I can assure you, at 5’7, 169, and working fairly regularly, I wasn’t nearing obesity).The advice wasn’t given to me in a requested consultation either; the man caught me off guard while I was leaving, and proceeded to share his opinion of me. And he was one of the nicer staff members that spoke to me over there.Ultimately after a series of unwanted interactions, once the pandemic hit, I indefinitely canceled my membership all together and I’ll have to look for a new home gym.In another instance, after an intense workout and sitting in the steam room, I’d gotten SUPER lightheaded and could tell I was going to faint. I saw one of their staff members walking by and told him I was going to faint and asked if he could help me. He rolled his eyes, told me to drink water and walked away. The next thing I knew someone was standing over me asking me how long I’d been unconscious on the floor. The staff members’ justification for leaving me unattended was "she’s a female and I didn’t want to get in trouble’. There are literally 2 people, on that whole staff, that treated me with decency and those two people were the only reason I hadn’t canceled my membership sooner.If the location works for you, then I guess you’re a "chosen". However if you’ve gotten weird, passive aggressive vibes from the staff, it’s not in your head; they’re definitely finikiy crew.
