Very rude staff! The guy with the crazy makeup and the mexican girl talk badly about almost everyone in that gym! I usually work out by the service desk and hear them talk poorly about individuals, including me, that go there. They usually make fun of the bigger people, which is sad because you would expect a gym to be supporting of all types of people. They have gotten so many complaints from my other friends that go to the gym, but the manager fails to listen. Honestly disappointing, had to end up switching gyms.

Get in, fit it, get out. Except at 7pm. Busy on most days when trying to hit legs, however, most treadmills and bikes are always open

Hands down the worst branch I've ever been to.Interrupted me in the middle of my workout.As I have been performing this workout every single day for the last year, which consists of loading up my backpack with weight and climbing on the stairs machine. I was abruptly interrupted in the middle of my workout by an associate. I promptly waited for the manager and received word that it would no longer be acceptable to have backpacks on the floor.Definitely will not be back. Do not recommend this branch to anybody.

Alexis, your awesome, sweet, and cute. Your boyfriend is lucky to have you. Thank you for your patience and kindness on not calling a tow truck on my truck. I got booted and tooted for $700, 1 block across from planet fitness thinking it would be a nice jog but boy was i wrong... I jogged my butt 4 blocks to 3 ATM's 🤣. After a long stressful day, you sweetened my night and i am really greatful for that. Gracias cariño 😉.

Find a gym elsewhere. They hired incompetent people who can’t give a straight answer. Literally a waste of time. The staff there are unprofessional. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They hire staff that have no respect and talk behind customers back. The one with the long black hair needs to be fired as she cannot do her job (her name is Giselle) Just like the comments, she was chatting with her friends, being no help. What’s so funny is that management knows but enable her behavior. She wasn’t helpful the night I went to the gym nor was she helpful the day I talked to her. Infact she hung up when I told her I rather speak to someone else because my interaction with her wasn’t pleasant. Again this was communicated and they haven’t responded. No wonder they have no staff. You guys have terrible management. They say they want to resolve it yet make no effort into picking up calls or emailing back. Worst location ever.

I just got back in town and tried to get a membership with them again. They said I owed 259 dollars and it’s going up? I’m currently getting an attorney together for this. I canceled with my email online through their link before the new ownership took over. An employee entered the info wrong so it never canceled. I called my bank and front desk of Montgomery planet off Douglas Road and they said they agree I canceled but due to the employee entering my bank info wrong. They won’t stop charging me and won’t let me workout there until it’s paid. Owed amount keeps going up unless I pay. Which I won’t pay what I don’t owe. The front desk Jojo said they understand how poor the new management is and that there’s nothing she can do. She brought up talking to a regional manager/owner. But claimed they aren’t allowed to give out their contact. What a joke, can’t wait to give them hell for being so disrespectful to me and not fixing their mistake.

Overall, it is a good place to exercise. However, it can become overcrowded at times

Work here and honestly a great family vibe. My coworkers and members all get along. Best place to work and and nice equipment.

The place is clean and it is very nice to go workout.
