Planet Fitness is fine, but in my experience, it's not very clean. (especially the locker rooms/showers)

Love having a 24 hour gym option. This place is clean and has everything you need to get your workout in. Has lockers and even showers.

Cold water in the shower rooms.Work out equipment thats commonly pushed away from the heavy lifting area to allow women to have privacy is over by the heavy lifting area. Paper towels are always out.

The California of Corrections Department which is better known as prison is way cleaner than that place The handicap shower head been broken for I don't know how long, Nats or fruit flies just flying around whoever goes around checking these places is not doing their job sorry this Planet Fitness is Horrible.

I only come here because it is the closest gym to my house other than fitness19 (which was constantly packed but kept up much better than this place) the toilet paper is constantly out of stock and the toilet paper dispenser for one of the 2 stalls is MISSING so the roll is just on the rail, all the hooks to the machines are missing so you have to take one from another machine to be able to lift (this is inexcusable for a gym. there should be spare parts available in the maintenance room and replaced promptly. then zip tie the small end of the hook to prevent theft). all of the barbells and dumbells need the outer cap removed and tightened with the Allen key because they are all loose and about to fall off (this is a safety hazard). and this is not just during busy hours. I come early in the morning on the weekends and afternoon on the weekdays. weights are always all over the floor. there needs to be staff doing hourly walk around putting weights away and restocking consumables on the floor, bathrooms, and locker rooms. I'm a black card member and almost just wanna bite the bullet and switch over to crunch or 24. this gym does the bare minimum of upkeep and does not care about the experience of their members.

I have canceled my membership and my husband recently canceled his membership. The membership was never canceled and we were still getting charged and someone was fraudulently using his identity to check in under his name after he canceled his membership. This is fraud and someone that works at this location has probably done this to others not just us. No one has been available to help. Called several times and either the line has been busy or a manger is not there! Protect yourself, identity and money by staying away from this location!!!!!

The attitude of the front end staff was disappointing and non attentive. I went to use the hydro bed to relax and the machine wasn't working correctly the water pressure only stayed at the knee and didn't move from that position. I went to the counter to use another hydro bed and they instead placed me on the massage chair and gave me 10 min. I completed the time on the chair and when I returned to the counter again for another 10 min I had to try to get someones attention 3 times before they snootily responded to give me the coins. After that I just vacated the premise because I didn't want to get the same treatment. It's 9 am in the morning usually people are a lot nicer at this time of the day but I don't feel motivated to return here.

I had been a member of this PF facility for 7 years. As a member I really enjoyed seeing the staff, and they kept the facility very clean! They vacuumed machines, mopped bathrooms, wiped down the counters, the liners were on the wall dispensers, always kept filled along with toilet paper dispensers, the mirrors we're clean and floors mopped throughout facility including wiping down the machines, it was very well maintained at that time. I was away for 2 years and have returned recently with my husband only as a guest. I'm only going to post these two photos because I did not have the heart to take pictures of the other two toilet stalls. The container that women place their sanitary napkins/pads tampons was on the floor next to the toilet, covered in red blotches and left wide opened (very disgusting.) There was urine all over the floor and seat on the pic I posted. Our visit yesterday, June 28th, my husband came out very disappointed and disgusted by the men's restroom, it had scattered trash, no toilet paper and there were absolutely no paper towels in the restroom! He also saw a sign posted in the men's locker room, do not Place valuables in locker (WARNING) There was no paper towels placed out in the gym to wipe down the equipment (PF have signs posted to clean equipment! but with what!?) My husband asked the staff member about the paper towels and her reply was; they were waiting for a shipment to come in at 12:00 p.m. (it's after 2pm) during my husband's workout, he sprayed solution and cleaned the equipment with the toilet liners! I saw other members had brought their own hand towels from home to wipe down equipment. I read the previous reviews; how unsanitary this facility has been for months. The owner, management and staff are aware. I've also read, the owner will only refer you to the manager. I truly hope and pray the changes in management and staff will be made soon. Management and Staff, your better than this! PLEASE clean PLEASE be encouraged!
