The gym and staff is great but its getting pretty ridiculous the closing back n forth. Waste of peoples time and money. Horrible management by the government, the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

They charged and prorated membershop fees.. it opens for a.week then recloses.. in the three months of membership i have had... its been open for about 2 weeks which i was charge 36.00 for 2 months plus the sign.up fees.. and been unable to use the gym.daily... there is a wait tonuse the facility. And it isnt 24/7 at all... its not worth the money ive spent to be a member.. i was told i wouldnt be charged any fees until the complete reopen and regular scheduled hours but yet im still being charged.. they even charged my mother whos membership expired back in march.. they charged her 40.00 as.a.prorated fee.. when her membership was cancelled.. its a gross representation of what you didnt sign up for

Signed up today. Didnt get a free shirt. Hmm guess i missed that promotion. Most the employees are kind and clean the place often. Most, but not all. This location doesn't have the extra restroom besides the locker rooms. But this location has weight benches and dumb bells.

I love my PFThe equipment is fantastic and plenty, one is always available. I also appreciate so much the wipe down of equipment after a member uses it. Love the hydro massager and there's other options to choose from. Ye . I love my PF

Let me start out by saying the staff are really friendly here. However, the equipment maintenance is seriously lacking. For example, the 50 pound curling bar has been missing for over a year. Rollers for the cable machines are broken (cracked) which creates drag on the cable resulting in more resistance. This is bad if you're using 2 cables at once. The benches are a joke, they all wobble badly. Most of the bars are either missing the rubber grips or the rubber grips are shredded. Hand sanitizers literally go months without being refilled. Bathrooms and showers are pretty bad most of the time. For some context, I've been to quite a few planet fitness gyms. The other location I go to is consistently clean, if something breaks it's fixed withn a couple days, if something goes missing its replaced within a week, bars are replaced once the rubber grips go bad, etc. I've seen how a gym can be properly maintained and this location isn't living up to that standard.

Love this gym. Can get busy but I tend to go at night so not a really big problem and even when it is busy there’s still plenty of equipment to go around. If your looking to body build it may not be the gym for you but if your trying to stay healthy or get fit it’s perfect!

Most horrible gym i ever went to. The showers are dirty and the people that exercise here are rude for the most part. I went in to cancel my membership on the 17th and i was still charged on the 18th for a membership fee at this gym. The manager and everyone else that works here seems to lack an education beyond high school because the employees are rude which is why i cancelled the membership and the manager was the one who helped me cancel my membership but i still got charged the next day when i canceled my membership in person with the manager Jackie!!!!

This is a whack gym.. I signed up for membership where I was turned away when I walked in for a badge then I was told I still had to pay after 2 months of being unknowingly charged and I call to cancel just for inconvenience and Jackie the store manager told me even if i call corparate its gonna come back to her and she will not help. Being a USA athlete and a trainer i will go to 24 hr fitness and take all of my 50-65 clients with i will spread the word to not use Moreno valley planet fitness. jackie AND gabriela are straight rude and I'll never return.. word to owner lose the prideful workers they will cost you money.. plus they're outta shape what kinda advertisement is that.

The gym itself is alright, plenty inviting to new customers. They may continue to run your card after you attempt to cancel your membership.

My main issue with MV PF is the showers are the most unclean amongst the PFs in surrounding area; ie Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula, Riverside. Moreno Valley PF needs to take note on how the other PFs clean their locker rooms. In the MV PF, you see some nasty "bio-matter" on the curtains and shower walls sometimes.I know the Murrieta PF hose the showers down and scrubs their showers around midnight. They also have 2 staff members during the midnight hours; one to clean and one to watch, I suppose. At the Moreno Valley PF there's only one staff member during the midnight hours. Also, I seen what's inside the locker room closet and they don't even have a hose long enough to stretch outside the closet which makes me think they don't hose down the showers. In short, everything else is cool here, but the locker rooms, especially the showers, need more attention. If Moreno Valley PF fixes this, I'd 5-Star this place.
