Norman for employee of the year great guy always good to me and my guest..They need to have more employees at night disappointed in what I saw tonight by the kid running the spot.. and it most definitely wasn't Norman that dude is great but this kid needs help or a different job

Awesome employees, super helpful, equipment kept super clean, lots of different stations and multiples of each so none of them get super crowded, tons of value for the price of membership, and its 24 hours, love this gym will definitely be sticking with it.

I really liked this place the customer service was great. The young man who helped me sign up was really helpful and super nice, I wish I remembered his name because he did such a great job. I would highly recommend this place. Also I noticed how clean it was that is great!

Best value gym in the area. I’ve been to them all. 24 hr fitnesss, LA fitness, crunch and UFC gym. Planet fitness gives you the best bang for your buck. For $20 a month I get access to the traditional gym equipment (weights and treadmills...) Plus I have access to the hydromassage machines, tanning and unlimited guest privileges so I can take a friend or a family member.The staff her in Moreno valley are courteous and professional. The gym is clean and spacious.It would be nice if this gym offered MMA, BJJ or kickboxing / boxing technique classes. That's the only thing I miss from the UFC gym. But that's already asking for too much at this price point.

I went in today, they did not let me in! 18 years old. They went by how I look I believe? I want to cancel the contract. This place sucks! Trust me. Not a lot of space. Almost everything is taken up. Never clean either. And now staff told me to get out because I scanned and I didnt look 18? Some white female I believe it was. Start a plan somewhere else. If i could rate it zero stars I would. I also had this problem more than once but this time It bothered me a lot more that I had to write a review.

Every time I call the phones they are busy like they’re taking the phone off the hook so they won’t get calls or something. I’ve been calling and calling but still busy. I go up there workers are chilling talking to each other , on their phones doing who knows what and it’s every time. My boyfriend is trying to sync his card to a new location.What is crazy we have been to this location already never had any problems. So I hope this reach someone who can make a change or a less warn people..

as you wall in your always greeted with a warm smile and kind clerk. dressing rooms are always clean as the bathrooms. the gym it self is well lighted and there so many options to do. from massages to tanning multiple working wout equipment as well!

Joining Planet Fitness was the best decision I made. No more depression. I feel alive! Looking better, feeling better and on my way to better health. My whole outlook on life has changed to positive. I can achieve anything I put my mind to.

This is not a disability friendly gym. Only time it’s not busy is 1am, the people leave the weights everywhere so you can trip over them. I guess if you’re a regular person is a good gym but not for people with disabilities. Disappointed with there service

Great experience so far. Low key. Clean. Friendly staff. Most members are very concientious and clean equipment after use. Not like other gyms I have been to. Highly recommend....
